The quality of the workmanship and design of this house is absolutely stunning!! Thank you for showing us around this beautiful home. Thank you. (Next time please don't forget to get a mic for Lisa, or anyone else who maybe showing you around a home). 😃😃💖💖💖💖
You are easily stunned.
Hello from Naples, Florida. Thank you so much for the tour of this beautiful home. Have a great week. 👍💯
Incredible house, and well done with video and editing !! 👌🏻
Beautiful home, inside and out!
Oh my this home bought tears to my eyes and did you see that front door and water fountains truly amazing.
Did it really bring tears to your eyes???😂
Amazing. Wow. Thanks 4 the walk around.
Thanks video man.
LOVE this house
This is perfect.
Undeniable a most beautiful property. Very good presentation, good narration, and excellent background music. SUGGESTION: A home of this price range deserves to have all the audio easily heard. Why not invest in a remote mic for Lisa. Would make a big difference in the quality and professionalism. Also, several in our group watching found the hands in front of the camera unnecessary and annoying. Comments are not intended to be offensive, rather helpful for future videos. Keep up the good work!
Incredible listing! 🎉
a lovely property!
Hope this beautiful home survived the hurricane.
I was thinking the same thing Joyce.
It did!!
Love love
This home is really beautiful. Way out of my price range. It also looks very hard to maintain. So much detail. Gorgeous
I think I love this house it's just my style.
Absolutely stunning!
Beautifull 🏡👍
Love it
love it
Praying for Naples to get back on its feet collectively as soon as possible. Like other comments, a mic was required for the realtor's commentary.
I live in Naples, I ❤Naples!
Great walkthrough bud! I just wish you could’ve shot some nighttime b roll
Wonder how this home did during the storm!!!! Can only imagine being on the canal
Man should’ve shot the house at night too! Just a beautiful construction. Details are on point!
Finally a beautifull house! Its mine guys I saw it first!
Superbe maison 🏠
Whoa!
Naples wealthiest city in country ao private! I own a home in naples, California, upper new york, and texas and hands down no1 comes close to jow wealthy Naples is!!!
looks so massive but its so cramped
Absolutely incredible! Did it receive any flooding and damages from Hurricane Ian?
How comfortably he said it's a fake grass by the way the house is stunning
Everything about this house, and the people, is fake.
You need to get a wireless Quest microphone to your system. Beautiful house!
I’d like to see how it made out during Ian. That would show true transparency.
Perfectly fine! I shot a magazine photoshoot 1 week after Ian
It’s perfect!! No issues
Born and raised in Naples. Now everyone and there mothers want to move here. Prices have gone up crazy. At least it has reached its plateau I hope.
Wow
I lived in Naples in the sixties, swamp land everywhere, they paved over paradise, SMDH
Our home in Sanibel, a truly beachfront home was very similar but it's completely gone now,, something to think about, we now live in S France 🌴🇫🇷
House is beautiful and love modern upgrades and attention to detail. It’s totally my style but I would not buy this house for that price for one main reason IT IS EXTREMELY TOO SMALL AND NOT ENOUGH SPACE THROUGHOUT. It should be at least 10,000 or more square ft for $11,000,000 price tag. 😢😢😢
Try down the street where the lots go for that much
Thanks Lisa?
this week im gonna be digging for H&S custom homes general contractors and sub contractors list, now these are gonna be expensive custom homes so if your not chosen, dont worry i have plenty of work to go around
At $2,682/sq ft it is ridiculously priced. I wonder how it withstood the impact of hurricane Ian? Big price drop when insurers start dropping waterfront homes in that area.
Prices have actually increased in Naples since the storm. I live about 1500 feet from this home, the neighborhood is fully recovered from the storm surge. Modern (since hurricane Andrew) construction did very well throughout the storm. This home is 100% fine. Most homes in this price range are concrete upper and lower levels and built on concrete pilings tied into concrete footer with concrete grade beams, concrete tie beams, concrete floors (upper and lower levels) and all steel reinforced. There are still quite a few builders who try and sneak in wood 2nd floor to save money but at this level it's foolish. All new homes were at an elevation where they didn't flood (a few garages excepted). My house was 2 feet lower and did not flood. If you drove through the hood you'd find some landscape hasn't fully recovered but you'd be hard pressed to realize there was a cat 4 hurricane (within 2 mph of a cat 5) 8 weeks ago. Modern building code seems to be working.
Our beachfront home in Sanibel was completely destroyed by Ian,, we are not rebuilding!
It’s a nice house. Definitely for somebody who is nouveau Riche.
There’s no peace or Tranquality it’s like sensory overload. It would be stressful to walk into this house let alone wake up to it every day.🤣🤣🤣 Too much detail there’s literally no peace not even outside. It’s just a lot of things.
I guess if you’ve never had money, this is a great house. It would make you feel excited.
a hands free automatic door sounds great but I got to believe, it will break a-lot , hopefully there's a plan B for getting in
which would be using your hands to open the door.
lol
The half bath with that Hershey cake paint needs to go and the angled kitchen is just triggering my OCD I could not live here 😂
Wow, I need to 11m to buy this house!
Magnifique maison! J’aimerais qu’elle soit mienne🥰
I just couldn’t deal with the amount of times this man said “attention to detail” we get it….
👍, please put this house 🏡 for pending. I’m going to get some lottery tickets and be back with y’all. 😂🤣😝
Not safe with all the hurricanes in front
❤😍
Price adjust to $5K after the hurricane now.
please its more appealing to say ''artificial grass'' rather than fake grass...
If ota fake grass its fake grass. He should change his words to suit your feelings
“Turf”
@@dellclouds3090 in the same way will be inappropriate for me to say all you eat are fake foods (GMO) cos they aren't natural...
WTF...its fake transparency matters 🙄
Artificial Turf
Omg😊
I already own it. It's my home and for all the people that believe that is underwater think again high and dry. I enjoy my tranquil and beautiful home every second. Last hurricane that hit this area was in the 1940's
That shit is under water fam
@@frankolney1017 Hater, praying for you 🙏 that the New Year bring peace to your poor soul. I won't bother to answer if you reply, I am happily busy packing to spend Christmas and New Year out of the Country Merry Christmas.
@@laly6980 😭😭😭😭😭😭
15:23 amazed that this is not 20m or more. Maybe I'm looking at Miami too much. No way you can get this MASTERPIECE in Miami for 11m.
Zero chance it's 11m on that canal in royal harbor.
No matter how good when there is hurricane
I wish I could see the house today after the storm . Hopefully everything survived with minimal damage ... 9-29-22
Good question
I live down the street and the house is Exactly in the same shape after!!
Can we have a update after the hurricane please 9-29-22
overhead power lines, bummer they can't get that fixed and buried underground, but I think that is most if not all of Florida.
Is there a post-Ian video?
See Hurricane Ian's heavy winds and damage across Naples, Florida good luck :)
If I had 11 million dollars to spend on a home and found out that it only had a two-car garage, I would keep looking.
I winder what this place looks like now after the hurricane came through
Nice $2.5m house.
1:18 this is a resort ok! I worked at one for almost 4yrs
Being on the water, how did the house fair after Ian?
A year later and it's still on the market for 11.5.
I hope you have flooding insurance?
Is it still standing after hurricane Ian.?
For a $60,000 front door it sure makes a horrible noise when it opens
I don't know if is just me but I think is little pricey. Beautiful house though
This looks like a mansion from a TV show
Deep discount now!
Hahaha good one so true
Not no more yo😳🌊🌊🌊🌪️🎯☑️
True
I’ve passed by this house
That first half bath seriously looks like demons oozing out of the ceiling and running down the walls.
I wonder How this home look right now after Hurricane Ian ?
How do you close the shutters if there is no electricity?
5M maybe not 11M.
Was it Mud Slingers that did the drywall?
Is it still standing after Ian?
OKI think I'm gonna get that house because I live in a apartment and we're gonna move soon.So i'm just looking at this video to see if this is a great toy
Wow, 60k for a line on the wall Reveals a lot.
To bad it’s gonna get destroyed by the hurricane. 😢
First thought not worth 11mill maybe around 8mill . But has it sold yet and for how much
Is it the house still standing after Hurricane IAN.?
Considering the situation in this area now after the hurricane, it's worth saying that investing millions of dollars in real estate here is a stupid decision. These houses are worth nothing after being washed away. In general, when choosing real estate in Florida, I would not advise choosing the first line of the ocean. And this is very important. Given the intensity with which hurricanes happen here it is money down the drain. I would prefer a gated golf community 5-7 miles off the coast. I have no problem driving 5 minutes to the beach. But I want to have peace of mind about my property.
Tacky af
Uuuhhh, u sure this place isn’t under water after today?
Good question
I wonder if it is still standing after Ian. We will never know.
Well now you know!! It’s perfect!! And still the most beautiful house in Royal Harbor!
Over $2500 per square foot for this place? That's a nope at half the price. The nicest way to say it is the place is to busy, while the honest way to say it is that it's garish. I have to wonder after Ian, if it wasn't ruined, is it even reasonably insurable anymore? If not is there any chance that a potential buyer could even get a mortgage?
4 bedrooms 6 bathrooms... Its come down almost $2 million in price since June. Its now $9,750,000.... Which doesnt surprise me. The details are beautiful. I just dont understand the heavy bathroom/bedroom ratio...
Probably worth half now.
It's a very beautiful home but it's missing one important amenity and that would be an elevator. That would kill the deal. I hope it's still standing after hurricane Ian rolled through.
I said the same thing
@@michaelle8384 it's still standing or an elevator?
😱 ❤️would change furniture in some rooms , but very beautiful ❤️ otherwise
Can you demonstrate how you park a car in that garage?
You push garage door openers and doors
roll up and you drive in
@@monicayates8243 I never even thought of that. Thanks!!
Would have been great if an outdoor shower came out of the wall feature nose. 😂
MONEY made this home look like this
Unless its on the beach in naples........NEXT!
