good to hear some DnB being played over some onewheel footage. Hands down best thing to listen to when shredding.
The more I see Bodhi ride the more I think he would make an excellent stunt performer with some tutelage and training! He's got the commitment, the mentality of confidence, bodily awareness, great balance, solid air and spatial awareness! First onewheel stunt done for a film would be sick!
There's gotta be a up-and-coming one wheel stunt man position in Hollywood Soon if not already

I've only got 48 miles on my new GT but so far I absolutely love it!!
I did lower the psi just a bit for better stability... and
I will likely get the Enduro Tire whenever I finally wear out the treaded stock tire my GT came with...maybe those new rails in the future as well,.. but for now I'm having way more fun than an older guy like me ought to be allowed to have!!!... Rode 19 miles the last time out!
I wish there were more people around here to ride with..I'm the only one I know in our little town ( Pine Grove, CA) who has a Onewheel.

@@sendy.santiago definitely will get easier. The Floatwheel connector will actually help that along a bit because we can standardize to use that.

I have lightning rails for the GT and have yet to put them on. Any thoughts on comparison to these WTF prototypes? Are lightning rails worth the switch out from stock?
Does the lack of shaping cause issues with nose/tail dip?

Hell yeah. Prob going to wait out for varials though, we already got lightning rails as an option and these look like they will prob be similar price and ride profile. Interested to try them though.

What tires pressure does everyone use? I use 12 psi. I find lower is better.

I'm not too clued up WTF growlers. Do they lower the centre of gravity of the board, or just give you more clearance?
Is digital tilt done through the FM app? Or do you have to do any firmware mod to use digital tilt with the WTF rails?!

He wasn’t during this ride, we actually had to cut out a bunch of false start non-activating sensor clips. After this ride, I put one in for him and it’s a game changer

Man I’m going to digital tilt two controller boxes in preparation for these… will be so bummed if they patch something before I got to! + 2 sets for me
Wouldn’t you have to update your board for them to patch it? The loophole is that you can just hack into the firmware through factory mode. The only way i can think of patching it is by asking everyone to update their boards. Anyone who knows about this wouldn’t want to do that anyways.

Personally I’d wait for custom shaping before making any firmware adjustments like digital tilt kit. I’d bet digital tilt stopping you from getting that custom shaping firmware is more likely than them patching how we digital tilt out.
@@Slick_Trick the FM app doesn’t update your board though. It doesn’t affect the firmware on the board unless you update it. For example they’ve done firmware updates for the original GTs that got shipped out.
@@steezli8993 but custom shaping is obsolete since you can already access everything using nRF app and the rewheel app. I just set a digital tilt kits for my Ws and my buddy just set his pint to have XR pushback speeds. Was just cruising at 18mph on a base pint with no pushback lol. Idk about you, I’m done waiting for FM, they need to catch up

Tilt kits kept bricking XR's, likely won't happen. Custom shaping will have to be used or just ride it as is, it's an adjustment period but I personally find mission with angled rails on an XR no tilt get much more enjoyable than straights after I got used to it. Now when I try riding straights it feels so awkward, more due to personal preference but I don't think tilt kits are all that necessary

Technically, it's a more direct route for the cable, so we should be good.

Is there anything you guys or someone else makes/sells for the PintX to let me install an elevated front footpad on my PintX ?
Im new to the hobby and I'm already in love. I have already upgraded my board with the Hoosier whisper tire, kush high nug rear footpad, magnetic fender, and easy handle, but I would kill for the ability to swap out the front pad for something similar.
Any help is appreciated and I really love you guys at The Float Life for you knowledge and positive attitude you bring to all your videos. You guys rock !
We've got some pint action in the works! No front footpad biz though, a liability in many ways unfortunately...

Yes and no.
W is the name for their specific front back angles that TFL decided on.
Varials are a piece system designed by TFL. The 3 pieces being front, center, and back third of a rail. The center/axel set being different shapes which inherently effect ride height and the front and back set angles.
