Lemon cheese pudding bread: about 130 grams of sugar-free yogurt, 2.5 grams of high-sugar resistant dry yeast, 30 grams of sugar, 3 grams of salt, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 220 grams of high-gluten flour, 30 grams of low-gluten flour, 35 grams of butter gram
If you don’t have yogurt, you can replace it with about 120 grams of milk.
