I bought four pounds of cream cheese at a cheap price. It is not Kerry's. It cannot be frozen. I am afraid that it will grow hair after being stored for a long time. recipe:
Durian Basque: 350g cream cheese, 50g sugar, 10g cornstarch, 3 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 170g light cream, 210g durian meat
Pistachio Basque:
350g cream cheese, 100g pistachio paste, 70g sugar, 10g cornstarch, 3 eggs, 200g light cream, 5g vanilla paste
Bake: Bake at 230 degrees for about 25 minutes - Jak na to + styl

开心果的那个配方,去掉开心果就是原味的,可以多加一个蛋黄,不加也行
