- In today's video we're going to take a look at how to easily make a module in Foundry VTT V11 and use the Adventure document to package up your adventure so that all of your folders and journal links will continue to work when imported in another world.
Learn more about the Adventure document here: foundryvtt.com/article/advent...
If you're on a version prior to V11 you can create a module following our packaging guide here: foundryvtt.com/article/packag...

this single video has gotten me infinitely more excited for v11 than almost anything else. this will be great for DCC
Thanks for the tutorial. You saved me a headache and I even learnt a few new tips just by tinkering!
Hi Mattee, Great video as always. This is the one thing that Foundry desperately needed as an in-house solution. Keep up the great work. As per DwarfThunder post below, I too struggle to sometimes make out some of the content as the screens are so large.
Good stuff, looking forward to v11 features for this.
I wasn't sure ad first where on the Foundry Website the gearwheel was located and then I realized that was v11 Admin Panel, so excited to get v11.
Love it! Thanks for this!
It took me 5 rewatches to figure out how you imported into your "clean world." You went super fast over the "Import World" button I hadn't noticed before. Still, this is a great tutorial.
I love everything about this! The one part that I didn't see and am still confused by is how to distribute the module, as in where do I allow for the module to be installed via a url? The Package URL appears to be a descriptive link, not a download link. How do I set that correctly, if it is being hosted via, say, dropbox?
Hi Mattee,
So I've managed to put my adventure into an adventure package, but I can't get the adventure over to my "other" foundry (I run 2 copies of foundry for commercial and private games). How do I go about doing this?
I've run into this exact same issue
I'm begging the Foundry VTT team, when you make youtube videos, and do live streams, please use a 13 or 15 in screen. The entire team clearly uses massive monitors, and everything looks tiny on the videos and streams. Content is great, but these videos can be hard to watch as a result.
How do I export this to a Forge game? The only thing I can find online is " Make sure the module is enable, and open the Module Settings and click the Adventure Exporter button to launch the exporter." But for the life of me I can not find this "Module Settings" where there is an export button.
Edit: This unofficial video explains how to do it.
