Reviewing the video after reading this comment, all I can say is I agree, his bandage is way too tight, I wanted to make up an excuse but I can't do anything but agree that it's too tight... Honestly I would probably make mine too tight too, but after a few hours I would take it off, and by then it would have stopped bleeding by then so I would forget to put a new bandage on despite the tenderness of the broken skin flaps, just keep it unwrapped...
I always make my adhesive bandages too tight. My picking fixation will force me to rip it off in 10 minutes anyways, so the added pressure makes sure the bleeding has at least stopped by then.
I have this exact band! The maker is so amazing and was so accomodating to my special request. I love how he notches each band so you can keep track of it.

Those rings used to be all the rage 40 years ago you could buy them in jewellers in the 80s, I have a 9ct gold one, a bit fiddly to put together until you learn the sequence. Good fun though I havent seen one for years.

My mother and father have a set of these in gold. Her's is a 4 piece. His is an 8 piece. They have modern rings for wedding bands. They purchased them while they were stationed in Egypt 30 something years ago. I remember playing with them while I was a child.

Add another layer of security. Have a hidden cavity that holds a gem which falls out if the ring separates. That way you can actually check for the gem even if she figured out the puzzle
We Gulf War vets got a lot of these in Saudi. I have a couple of beautiful rose ones. I wear them when I fly or have a long sitting engagement, they are the equivalent of a modern day spinner for me. Its quite relaxing to the mind to put it back together.

My mom has one of these and when I was younger I thought I broke it (not knowing what it was). She was so upset that I had disassembled it and saying that it would never be whole again. The moment she told me it was a puzzle ring I got excited and told her that I could fix it. After a bit of research I assembled it in about an hour or so. Pretty cool stuff, once learning the trick, it can be solved within a few moments

I used to have a puzzle ring that had a raised flower on one ring. It broke then got lost in a move. I now have a Silver puzzle ring that i have had for 20 years on my pinky.. it is a different puzzle that makes a chain with 5 rings when apart. Love mine.

I was given one of these rings as a teenager, it had a different solution, but I used to open it up and put it back together so many times one piece finally snapped. I suppose it was an early version of a fidget toy.
In my university it's pretty common to have such ring with a symbol of your faculty. One of the guy bought two and used them to pick up girls. He solved one and hided it under his tongue. Then told the girl to watch him. The put his unsolved ring into his mouth, pretended to do stuff, switched it with the solved ring, plitted it out and told the girl that imagine what could do this tongue with her.

I want it. Needs an extra slot hole which is an external part thats only used for fitting so that even if you learn how to put it together, you still need the extra part
4 elements... I purchased one (silver) in India with 12 parts. It forms a stacked love knot when assembled. I'd take it off at night. My 3 kids "discovered" it on a regular basis and disassembled it to bust my chops and watch me put it back together.. Eventually, I soldered it together for a permanent solution.
