Would you say trench coats are unisex. I bought one at a flea market that was nice and loose but only realized afterwards the brand was for men’s clothes :’)
Yes, you can wear the trench coat
It doesn't really matter! The only difference is where the flap goes when worn closed (women's to the right; men's to the left). I have two vintage Burberry trenchcoats for men (style 2 in olive, beige) and I wear them more than my vintage Burberry mac coat for women (style 2).

We do not wear the trench coat in London anymore (outdated) unless you are 50+, or tourist/business. Alexa Chung tried to offer new youthful versions but Londoners did not purchase.
