    Great stuff. It's amazing how specific training is. I am always of the opinion if you want to run faster or loner run faster or longer. If you want to lift more, lift more, etc. All progressively but more. I was always asked what exercises do I need to do to run faster and my answers almost always were, set up a date with the track.
    Another great video man. Thank you. love to see the struggle :)

    GREAT workout and great mates with whom to push you! You look quite athletic out on the course so with practice you'll be a real sports athlete added to your body building and Crossfit athlete!
    Now....I'd love to see you swimming and/or diving. That would be great to see how your body takes to the water. And...if you get a chance, do some surfing and paddle boarding. That would be great to see you do those workouts!

    Yoooooo after y’all legit opinions...I played rugby all through juniors as a kid....I stopped when I was 13, I gained a lottttt of weight and topped over at 210kg at 18yo...since then I’ve lost over 60kg (21yo now) ... really wanting to make a comeback to rugby....even as reserve grade......how do I go about doing that?! Just diving in the deep end?! Or get my body right first?

      Play both sports and they’re completely different types of fitness. Rugby is far more trying than basketball as the contact element is nowhere near as harsh
