The best way is to cook the bhindi is to cook it till all the sliminess goes away & then add your masalas. If you’ll add the masalas beforehand then the sliminess won’t go away at all. Also, never cook the bhindi covered.

Cooking on high temperature is key to get non sticky bhindi.
Lemme tell an easy way
No need to wipe after washing
Cut it the same way
It's with pan or kadhai
Silver kadhai or Iron kadhai, heat it to smoke
and then
add oil generously,
heat to smoke,
spread oil around corners.
Now don't let the temperature go down. On high heat fry for 8 to 10 min it's cooked 80 percent. Now it's non sticky you can lower the 🔥 😅😅
