    After washing and cutting I fry bhindi till the stickiness is gone, separately, then add it into the curry. This way the color stays good and bhindi retain its shape even after being cooked in the curry.

    The best way is to cook the bhindi is to cook it till all the sliminess goes away & then add your masalas. If you’ll add the masalas beforehand then the sliminess won’t go away at all. Also, never cook the bhindi covered.

    Agar ache se oil mein fry kr lo tb b sticky ni Hoti,hm to aese hi bnate hein, masala alag se bnate hein,aek taraf bhindi masalon k sath fry krte hein,phr masala mein daal dete hein,bht maze ki bnti hein.agr oil ziada lage to nikal lo, baad mein kisi aur handi mein use kr sakte hein.

    Shallow fry the bindi in 1 or 2 table spoon for some time it's stickness will be gone. Now add it to masala.

    Cooking on high temperature is key to get non sticky bhindi.
    Lemme tell an easy way
    No need to wipe after washing
    Cut it the same way
    It's with pan or kadhai
    Silver kadhai or Iron kadhai, heat it to smoke
    and then
    add oil generously,
    heat to smoke,
    spread oil around corners.
    Now don't let the temperature go down. On high heat fry for 8 to 10 min it's cooked 80 percent. Now it's non sticky you can lower the 🔥 😅😅

    I can cook bhindi without adding lemon juice. Add the salt after bindi is fried properly.

    Make sure bhindi does not come into contact with water after cutting. Also dont add salt immediately after adding to pan.
    No need to waste lemon juice every time.
