Good afternoon dear Aunty and Tanmay. Bhindi is my all time favourite vegetable and I can have it 365 days a year . We have slightly different preparation of this dish , however with MasterChef Aunty’s special tips especially on dry roasting the masala , drying of the Bhindi would actually accentuate the taste profile . Will share it with my family and when I travel to Mumbai in the next couple of weeks I will have it cooked by my darling wife . Thanks so much dearest Aunty for this recipe and tips .
