It's simple only after learning it from you. I've used so many different products since the 90s and always ended up having to remove it later cos it failed and then trying something else. I've been wracking my brains looking for the solution and this is it. Just heart breaking it isn't available in my country. Great video and much appreciated as always. Please keep making them.

It took me 30 years to find this product. By the way, if you can find some liquid silicone, and then a polyester fleece of some kind, then you will achieve the same results.

Been roofing for 30 years, you should repair EPDM with EPDM. To each is own!

If it is a EPDM roof, then most likely the leak will be where there are overlapping seams. Like around skylights, curbs, vents. Use the method I demonstrate in the video.

It is Polyester Fabric that is a reinforcement to prevent cracking over seams

Id use a different brand silicone tbh and id id do around the whole skylight because soon or later it will do the same plus you want the customer to be satisfied after hes charged and he sees the amount of work thats quick ,did… cause to charge for a small patch is hard and ik because im a commerical tech and those jobs are not cheap . Now if u do it yourself just make sure you clean the area real goog and just follow the steps in doing it and you should be ok and put the silicone thick . Ive been to other peoples repairs and they think cause the lightly painted the area with silicone it will be water proof and thats not the case make sure your coat is thick or decent atleast

nope, I have used it for many years. You could get EPDM wash from a roofing supply place, but it is not readily available.
