European Championships - Training session 1

So in a moments stupidity - classic me - I had a conversation with Olly and we signed up a team for the European Championships CrossFit event in September.
Its going to be amazingly fun. Half the team for together on Saturday at Crossfit ChalkBox in Kent for a decent training session. It was a great starting point and we had a lot of fun. Watch this space as training progresses.
