I'm currently studying to try for mine. When I was little, I said I wanted to drive the buses but people said they don't make any money, but now since I work for the City and they had me driving the highway dump trucks that sparked my interest. I have a lot to study for, pray for me that I get mine. Proud of you man
Thanks for sharing your story you will meet great success! keep going
Trucking is still a great way to earn a good salary and build a foundation
yes i agree
Thank you for this video! I’ve been thinking about getting my cdl for 2 years now and this year I think I’m ready. I’m definitely tired of feeling stuck. But I do feel like I’m too old. I’m about to be 35. Not married and no kids. I do want those things but I think I might be afraid to love trucking so much that I just marry it lol
lol I feel you, your supper young never to old
@@WinstonpStrategist Thanks for the support. I guess you’re never too old to try something new
@@britt421 exactly it’s just a mindset
Your not old! Get your money and find a good man to build a good life with and raise good kids with. I’m 23 and going to the truck school so I can start on Monday
Thank you so much for the feedback family! I truly take the words to heart
Currently in the process of getting my CDL I take my test May 1st hopefully I pass I’m confident in everything but the reverse offset, been having some issues with that. Yaw pray that I pass by the grace of God 🙏🏽 & I started watching your videos a week ago I love em bro I see all the effort you put in I make sure to like every video I watch! Keep pushing Winston & thank yu alot for the free game.
Great setup and everything! Just started as an influencer as-well , I’m hoping to see you out there soon. I’m looking to become an Owner-Operator after a year of trucking. I start my Trucking school in 11 Days. Wish me Luck ❤
Awesome! Thank you!
Good luck! I’m starting on May 1st 🙏🏽

Excellent motivational video, thanks for sharing the importance of having multiple streams of income. 2024 Let's Go!!
I really appreciate the feedback
This was a great video and motivator for me since I’m currently studying for my cdl and I love the stack your money then invest advice. Amazing video keep ‘em coming ❤️🙏🏽
Studying now. Appreciate the info brotha
Solid message bro, refreshing to see someone that’s organic. Got my CDL back in 2019, didn’t use it and now I’m kicking my self. Want to get training again bc I definitely need a refresh, what I’ve been finding is the companies want me to go straight to the road test since I have my CDL already. I’ve been looking at Schneider, Swift, or even Melton. Any advice for someone in my position? Thanks man and subbed. 💯
This video is a must watch. I’ll be sharing this video with my weekend students I like to share a lot of my experiences in trucking with them but the jewels you dropped here need to be heard. I’ve been in the industry since 2012 and I’m listening to you hear wishing I heard some of this wisdom back then when it was a much more closed industry. I’m glad I’m apart of the community you opened up. For anyone who needs to know this gentleman is really giving great advice and guidance tap all the way in! 💪🏾
thank you for your kind words and sharing this
Thanks!
Thank you so much this is such a blessing ❤❤❤❤
Thanks brother
Great video💪🏾 the knowledge you’re giving is invaluable and I’m literally looking for a semi right now based off the video I just watched. I’m a company driver and I’ve been looking for an opportunity to take my career to the next level. Can you tell what the process was like when you were buying your truck? Where did you find it? Do you recommend getting an older truck at first because they’re a little cheaper? How did you go about securing loads at first?
I paid for school but I’m at Schneider and just got put on tractor supply dedicated
This video definitely sparked my interest. I’m currently working at the post office, but I’m an amputee. I lost my leg in a car accident and was thinking about getting my cdl. I have a family as well and would love to be as close to home as possible. Two questions: is there anything that a truck driver does that would be hard for me as an amputee? ( I’m up on my feet a lot at the post office. I drive a mail truck) Second question is do I have to drive otr for a while before I can drive local? Thanks for your time
hey thanks for the videos how did you get your dealer License?
bro that’s why I’m so skeptical. I’m pretty young and have a decent amount saved up but not educated enough to make the right investments so I just don’t do anything
You’re not alone, a lot of us have wasted a lot of money by trying to step out on faith but not educated enough to know how to go about it.
Identifying the real issue is key, sounds like you know the problem lets get together and learn fam
How was doing OTR with the kids Bro ? That’s my biggest issue. I don’t want to leave my family for weeks at a time
Do you know what age you have to be to be able to go to CDL training and be able to enter the trucking industry.
Where you first got your CDL permit? How did you feel about using CDL Prep?
I used everything lol and I got my CDL from schneider
@@WinstonpStrategist ok 👍🏽
How did you study for your cdl permit? And if i want to be a tanker are they gonna let me practice at the school?
For a CDL permit download a App Called CDL prep as for tankers it works just as any other division
I would recommend you to watch CZcams videos! 85% of the questions are on CZcams
Hey I am really exciting about you mentioned your brother from Africa living in USA can you please mentioned the Mentorship of trucking and also you can make video joe you can get pre dealer license
Hey join my community family
Im a business minded person whos done busiensses but is workint ag a coffee shop only right now and doing some trading. Im in a trasition oeriod in life. Found a company locally called Cyprus thatll pay me $6100 for their 12 week program snd sm thinking about going into regukar conoany driving for 1-2 years just to stack cash. Who knows after that i may be a 7 figure trader by then but could use that income to buy a truck. I had a dispatch gig for a while but couldn't run the business properly so being a driver may help me reboot that fown thebroad.
But I think just being a regular ass company driver snd doing the deal for $65k is angood idea.
Im 38 and single with no kids... Whats there to lose.
Can someone get cdl without ged or diploma from school.
So that’s a great question my thoughts would be yes if your driving for yourself you would only have to meet the insurance requirements. I’ve never seen them ask for a diploma but on the other hand, if you wanna work for a big company, that’s when it may be a factor.
Which state did u buy the home
La
Respect on my journey now 🙏
Will a CDL help me buy a house ?
Yes I did
Where are you buying homes for 160k?
Back in 2018 family, I've posted about it multiple time so I make I'm not misleading
@@WinstonpStrategist oh no I was just wondering cause I live in Cali and homes are never that cheap
@@Iamfolarin oh I gotcha im in Ga
shudnt have to have multiple streams of income to survive. should be able to work one job and raise and provide for you and your family after 1 checc per week. period.
It’s up to the person wouldn’t you agree, why can’t someone just simply want more for themselves?
@@WinstonpStrategist naw i get that 100 percent! buuuut what im getting at is. in america. tha richest country in tha world. you SHOULDNT have to go above and beyond to live comfortably. the american dream doesnt exist. at least anymore. im a 4 person home. 2 adults and kids both adults have to work full time gigs at about $25 an hour to just survive that not having a savings, family vacations buying a family car...they got everybody confused with this "multiple streams of income" "passive income" "side hustle" lingo...in realilty your jus trading more and more of ur time for pennies....if we all would be able to get along n figure shit out n put our foot down...nobody would have to do that extra shit jus to survive....
Trucks is trash now
depends
No it’s not
