I can't take out the old air filter of my Kenmore Elite. I did everything according to both the manual and your video. It's stuck and it's very frustrating

My water filter is not located in the top of my Kenmore Elite. Could you provide a video as to where the alternate location would be, and how to change the water filter there?
Is it as the bottom?
I have the Kemore Elite refrigerator much like the one in this video but the water filter is NOT located in the upper left corner. So where is it located on mine?
Hmmm, not sure. Have you searched the web for your model number to see if they have a diagram?

We got the old filter out but the new filter won’t pop in. We had to put the old filter back in. They are identical. Help!
Oh no! The o rings on the new one may be a little bit larger, try a little water on the new o rings to help it slip in. And a little more pressure to get it to insert into the joint. Keep us posted!
Hey guys! My air filter cover is stuck in the back panel of my refrigerator. I have tried for hours to turn 1/4 of this filter cover. What is the trick to break it free?

The light would be referring to both filters on the fridge.
