I wish we had the option of getting "English style" French fries. Only 3 ingredients...that would be fantastic!!! Offset the damage of some of the other poison they're feeding us!
I wouldn’t call them “English style” because I’m pretty sure that the only country that puts that many ingredients in LITERAL FRIES!! Is good old America.
Like seriously. It’s fries! How can you possibly mess it up this badly?!?
It’s a potato you cut into small sticks and fry them in oil drain and put salt on them then done!
HOW.HARD.SHOULD.THAT.BE.TWO.DO!??!
Maybe i could accept fries with pepper or chili powder or something like that but we don’t need to pour half a chemistry lab into the fries!! That is absolutely ridiculous and probably not safe for people to eat in the long term.
The McGriddles are *awesome*! Yes, scones can be dry and boring without cream, jam, etc. But southern style biscuits are a... platform, if you will, for other flavors. My personal weakness is biscuits with sausage gravy and scrambled eggs. It's messy, not visually pretty, but an ultimate comfort food. Also, the shamrock shake is only a seasonal item, which is a shame - it's definitely the best flavor they have IMO.
Here's the thing, American biscuits are not scones at all. They're an entirely different concoction you all don't have in England.
American biscuits are fluffy and nice, not dry like scones (unless I've been eating the wrong kind of scones, lol.).
You guys still have the wraps?! That's not fair! 😭 we haven't had wraps since 2016! Wraps were my favorite MacDonald's food aside from nuggets.
I thought your shorts were adorable and amusing...
I enjoyed this video.
You got a new sub for life!! Xo 😘💕 from NY
This means the world 🙏
McGriddles, the whole sandwich, I tend to find too sweet... but I like ordering a sausage McGriddle and eating the sausage by itself and then the pancake buns by themselves. I honestly wish just the mcGriddle buns were a menu item though, I could eat 10 of those just by themselves they're so good.
They are an option though lmao
It's called a "slow kill" here in the USA. High fructose corn syrup is in EVERYTHING here, which is ILLEGAL in other countries.
Love, scones and American biscuits have absolutely nothing in common except wheat lol. Biscuits are flaky, light, buttery, and oh so comforting. Scones, on the other hand, are dry, hard, boring, bland and bear no resemblance to a biscuit. You just have to try one to understand the difference. However, to explain further, the reason is that the flour is different. Biscuit flour is made of soft wheat rather than strong wheat which is what makes them light and flaky. They are the perfect thing to go with savoury or sweet fillings. If you have a mum or grandmother who is excellent at baking, have her look for soft wheat flour in the supermarket, then find a recipe online and make you some.
Trick is to smother the scone with artery clogging clotted whipped cream. Don't forget the jam.
Yeah American biscuits aren’t scones. My poor southern heart is broken.
Right
Originally McDonald’s fries were cooked in Lard which is why they were the best-tasting fries ever. Then cholesterol became bad and people wanted vegetarian fries, so they replaced the lard with veggie oil(s). There was a big scandal in the 70’s iirc when it was discovered McD’s was using beef flavoring.
Can confirm that the buttermilk chicken sandwich at US McDonald’s is fabulous
And scones aren’t fluffy like biscuits. They look similar on the outside, but texture is very different
As a baker from the USA Scones are definitely different from biscuits 😂😂😂
The Canadian sizes are all the same as the American, too. Although, in Canada they have poutine, as most franchises in Canada do 😝 And that buttermilk chicken sandwich looks good, wish we had that here. Buttermilk isn't really a popular ingredient here, sadly.
Poutine is gross. Never understood it. My friends in Canada love that stuff.
Keep it coming!!
As someone who worked in McDonald's through high-school and college in the UK, the US fries that have stuff in it to keep a colour, look like the UK fries when you bring them out the oil too early. Basically, they look undercooked
The McGriddle is one of the greatest inventions ever!
Richard, the shamrock shake is good but it's only available during st. Patrick's time. If you like mint you will like it probably
Ah I see so it’s seasonal !
My local McDonalds started selling Krispy Kreme donuts 🍩 & strawberry shortcake McFlurry 🍓🍰
A lot of American products are banned in the UK and Europe because they contain a lot of banned ingredients. They also have a lot more preservatives. In the UK bread lasts a week at most. In US IT CAN LAST UP TO A MONTH
Loved this video
I haven't ate at McDonald's in over 10 years. But I quit drinking 10 yrs ago too...might be a connection there. lol
My choice of burger places is Sonic or Chili's steakburger.
"If you go to McDonald's for a wrap, sort your life!"
I'm dying! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Its so hilarious if you say sorry for the f word, love it😂😂💯
McDonalds in the US actually got in trouble because of the beef flavoring of the french fries, which would make vegans puke by eating them because of the meat they would taste after not eating meat for so long and then realizing what the flavor was.
If the UK had Hardee's, your definition of a biscuit would change.
Yes! Our biscuits are just like scones, but usually made with buttermilk & not sweet.
Given that they're the equivalent portion sizes to what we have here in the UK, I wonder how the prices compare?
I rarely get McDonalds fries. Yes, reads like poison. The U.S. Big Mac is very sweet. Every time I've been in Canada, especially Quebec, I've noticed a huge improvements in the quality of the food there.
OMG McDonalds claims that their fries in America are "Vegan". I am allergic to milk and JUST NOW found out that they have hydrolyzed milk in them! OMG! McDonald's!!! You are where my random allergy reactions are coming from!!! I'm sooo mad!!
McGriddles are the BOMB
In Australia we have ice coffees at maccas plus the strawberry and caramel sundaes so the USA isn’t the only place for this. However they do have a lot that we don’t have and the amount of calories in their food is why America is the fattest and unhealthiest country in the world.
Pancake breakfast is the way to go at McDonald’s
Come on down to America your 100% welcome
USA here and I wouldn't eat our fast food, especially at MDs. Yuck!
I love your accent😂😂😂
You're so funny😂😂😂😂😂
The big tasty with bacon, has over 2000 cal
note to self have volume turned down on your headphones when Richard gets excited lol
Biscuits and Scones are two different products. Not even close in taste or texture.
Also, US fries used to be fried in tallow and were delicious. Then, just like the fda food pyramid recommendations, they left the good behind to sicken the the population with their science projects.
As an American, I'm good on the donuts' sticks. I'd rather go to dunkin'. I've never heard of donut sticks at McDonald's.
McGriddles are life
Your food back there is probably better for you than our food at our McDonald’s because you’re right we are in trouble
Our biscuits here in the united states is nothing like a scone, a biscuit here is better when hot and it's a savory, buttery goodness that I think you would like if you tried it and yes Mc griddles are awesome 🥰
He lives nere me im a fan🎉
Hey richard !
Someone's nappy😂😂
American biscuits compared to scones are nothing similar at all.
As a good red white and blue patriot. I love mickey Ds and my blood has never been so coagulated!
Some of the things on the American side I don't have where I stay at.
Now I know why I’m so addicted to McDonald’s 😑 the US is crazy
I wish portions are bigger in the UK!!!!!
AGREED HAHA
depends on the price. otherwise buy two
What the actual fu...? The strawberry and caramel sundaes are not exclusive to the US. We have had them in Portugal forever...😅 Also, I remember when I was a child and first went to Mcdonals, everything was humungous. They definitely sized down a lot. The big mac was way taller and bigger than what it is today and my long time personal favourite, the Big Tasty 💗 was thrice the size. 😂😂😂
If I’m honest I’d rather stick to our uk McDonald’s, we may have smaller and less items but at least it don’t have so much crap added to it 😂😂
Well at leas5 we don’t get diabetes with every order
If I’m honest I’d rather stick to our uk McDonald’s, we may have smaller and less items but at least it don’t have so much crap added to it 🙈😂😂
Lol ur funny
Jeez - I always thought chips are vegan (I'm vegetarian AND live in Europe). But that doesn't seem to be the case in the US. What a sad place to live if you care at all for animals.
UK keeps the real ingredients hidden from yall lol😂, here in US they just flat out tell ya looks it's unhealthy eat at ur own whim😂😂😂😂
The Union Jack flag was wrong
Mcgriddles are 100% as good as you think they are but THE EGG that comes on them is disgusting. Get a mcgriddle and sub for a round egg👍🏻
I don't give a damn McDonald's in America is Good so damn all the Comparison
If I'm honest the McGriddle sounds disgusting to me...
Dude I love your comments Richardsalesofficial
Thankyou 🙏

So wait… you don’t have McGriddles??? 😳🫢
Poor Americans, getting feeding with poisoned food and the funny part is, they're proud 😂
