A tampon is changed 5 or 6 times a day. More if the flow is heavier. It also depends on the absorbency(amount, in grams, of fluid that can be absorbed before it 'leaks') is used.

Hi Richard! :D If it helps, here's an explanation for a few things-
1, Dental picks work best after mouthwash. (To those with braces. They are useless. Waterpicks are better.)
2, Tampons are changed every few hours- that's why a lot of women prefer pads for sleeping.
3, Cotton balls are mainly for cleaning makeup or to apply aftershave to prevent ingrown hairs.

OMG Richard. Tampons are normally changed every two to four hours. Depending on the flow. Pads attach to the underwear.
Tampons go inside, you're correct! They are to be changed every 3-4 hours or depending on the flow. You're definitely not supposed to keep the same one in for more than 6 hours due to the fact you can give yourself toxic shock syndrome.

Re: the cheese sensitivity thing -- You're in the UK, so you *may* be able to get your hands on something called LactoJoy. It's a tiny chewable, about the size of a single regular-strength paracetamol, made of unflavored lactase enzyme. Chew a single one right before your first bite of dairy, and you'll be right as rain. SO much nicer to chew than Lactaid.
(I don't recommend eating stuff you shouldn't *all* the time, but even if you do, LactoJoy is safe, and will keep you such. I know from personal experience. 😉 )

Tressemè is not a good hair range. It strips off the good oils & dries out your hair. You need to use professional range from a hair salon, like Kerestase, Redken, Loreal, Swartzkopf....

... But it makes me sad to see people buy so many item that are in so much containers/wrappers... We create so much garbage!
Here (Montreal, CA) you can find more and more shop where you can bring your own containers and they fill it with there products. They also have some products that are made to be recycled/composted afterwards. I personally refill my shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, laundry soap, soap for the dishes, cleaner for the floor and more. I bought a toothbrush with a removable head so I can change just the head when I need a new one. My little pick for the dental floss goes in the compost...
Anyway would be so nice to have that kind of satisfying video but "Zero East"... Like it can be eco-friendly AND so freaking satisfying!!

Body wash is over the top for me, mostly due to my skin issues. I just use shampoo for washing everywhere, if my scalp doesn't break out in acne/blisters, it's good enough for everything else. Though I have noticed that if you use some conditioner first to wash through your hair, then shampoo like normal and conditioner mostly on the ends of your hair, it comes out really nice and soft. Plus you don't have to use a MF ton of shampoo to wash all the grease and oils out of your hair the first time around. Though with me, my hair reaches down to my thighs, and I only use a small dollop of shampoo when I wash my hair... don't do a lot as it will take F-O-R-E-V-E-R to wash out. *laughs*
