Hey everybody, Great subject matter once again Ndagire, We all know the west, the Asians and everybody in between see Africa as the only remaining place on earth that have sufficient, resources to meet their needs. Instead of distracting ourselves talking about what the whites, yellows, and the browns etc are doing to us or have been doing to us lets talk instead about what we can build, the science we can develop, the technologies we can build etc. Yes Africa has a lot but if we continue to wait for the government to innovate well that will never happen, they are still to corrupt and living in the past to be the visionaries we need. So we the children of Africa whether in Africa or not need to stop with the finger pointing and start creating. Everything in terms of engineering, technology etc skills needed to build Africa's infrastructure is already known by black people all over this planet and we want to help Africa build itself so instead of hiring the Asians, or the Europeans to build Africa thinking it's only business (its not) reach out to the Diaspora, we have the means, and the knowhow already, we can do this!

The National and State Governments need to modify their Tax System to collect enough revenue to Properly Operate the government, Adequately Pay the workers, figure out how to remove borders and unify 54 Nationalistic Countries. A Large Part of the African Population will always live in villages and Unincorporated Areas that will continue to strain the National and State Governments. These are issues that European, Asian, American and Diaspora Blacks can not help them with.
