Here is a vegan jollof rice you will love. I served it with fried tofu , vegan tomoto stew and coleslaw . this video only show you have to make the jollier rice . Enjoy
Thanks for the recipe 🙌🏿 Used this to make jollof rice for the first time. I didn’t do too well with basmati rice first time around but the flavour was still good. Second time around i used long grain rice and it came out perfectly! My Nigerian mum that always uses chicken stock or crayfish really enjoyed it. After all these years of begging her to teach me and now she’s the one asking me to make your recipe again!
This recipe is so great! I'm sure with a little smoother editing, maybe a little quieter music (or something more "African" sounding), you'll get thousands more subscribers! Such beautiful looking food and really clear instructions. Will definitely be making this soon. Thanks for uploading.
Hello 👋 thank you so so much! I got introduced to jollof rice by a coworker as we swap our international home dishes at work lol . I am vegetarian, have been looking for a recipe like this . Step by step was so good instruction my jollof came out great! I was scared it would come mushy but came out delicious 😊
Most regular jollof rice recipes includes meat broth for added flavor ... others use meat by product seasoning cubes . this this vegan recipe we used vegetable broth
Sis please get rid of that freakin annoying background music!!!! You couldn't find some Afrikan, jazz, drum other music for the background? That music is so loud at certain moments that we aren't able to hear your voice. Please remove the music! Also you can't rinse the starch out of rice. The reason for soaking some rices in water for 10-20 minutes is to reduce the level of the arsenic in rice.
Your audio sucks. The music is too loud and you are too quiet. Too bad, because this looks great, but I am not going to watch the video because the audio is so irritating.

This looks so good!!! Do you have the recipe in a blog ?
Does this recipe only work with jasmine rice, I only have basmati rice

30 minutes is too long no? I cook my rice for 12 minutes then let it steam cook off heat for another 10
