I’m there with you, it’s hard being a special needs parent. I’m trying to get my daughter into a special needs school due to her high support needs and it’s been a battle. I’m tired of fighting for everything, it’s exhausting.
That was like listening to myself talk. Lol I empathize on every level. I never feel like im doing enough. There just arent enough hours in the day! And then, right at bedtime, the "mom guilt" really sets in. I know it won't be like this forever. Just trying to take it a day at a time. It's nice to know I'm not alone though
We always diluted juices and drinks for the kids - once they become exposed to full potency it is hard to go back. The sugar content is so high for the body and decays the teeth. The coffee like drinks, bubble teas etc. Can easily run 60- 100+ grams of sugar. It is horrible when kids become diabetic because it's very difficult to control blood sugar. It's easier to control ingredients when you make drinks at home. Lots of sugar free alternatives with creamers, syrups etc. Hope things get easier.
Oh yes my kids only drink juice when we eat out, even then we water it down. My coffee is already sf so anything he has from me or what I get him on occasion is almond milk with sf sweetener. More so it’s the amount of times he want to eat and the portions he wants. Slowly but surely we are trying to set him up for success. Trial and error 😨💙
@@ROCKNSTIMS So hard to control even our own diet and activity. I do pray that things get easier for you all. I can't even imagine what it is like! Always take some time to breathe, be kind to yourself, and do something nice for yourself.
Hey Jasmine what is Christian’s schedule? I know he doesn’t go to school, my son is soon to go to middle school and I’m kind of nervous because the school is bigger the kids and everything will change for him so I was wondering if I can mix few full days of ABA and a few days of school??
Hello, Can Cristian hear thru his headphones? When and why did you guys decide to have him wear them. My son is so similar in behaviors, mannerisms, its actually uncanny. Thank you. Juan

Why he wears headphones 24/7 #sensoryissues #autism
Still taking CBD oil? Sleeping well? Does that help with stress and anxiety? 🤔
At this time we have stopped with the CBD oil.
