I am also homeschooling my girlie she just turned 4. I just was not feeling the amount of kids to teacher and aid and I just know she learns better with one on one and a calmer environment ❤ thank you for sharing this was great! I love how you asked him to do this and tap on table twice for him to repeat and see where his attenion was I will be doing that lol to work on keeping focus
He is so smart!!!!
Your son is so sweet ❤
He’s doing sooo good 😭🥰. Great job Christian.
I love watching your videos. I have been watching you for a while now. I have a 5yrs grandson who is basically more with me then his parents. Thank you for all you share and being honest with us.
His smile is the sweetest thing.
Love this video! You are so patient with him. Learn some much from you, errorless teaching then using aac while working with him. Keep it going!
Hola, Jasmine
Qué bueno ver un vídeo suyo otra vez
Que estén bien :)
Thank you for keeping us updated. I look forward to your videos every single time.
💙 thank you 💙
He is really attending a lot better! You are doing an awesome job!
Right! I’m so proud of him. Thank you ☺️
💙💙💙
So sweet my God
Way to go Christian and Mama! 👏
💙💙
Thank you for sharing Christian’s homeschooling . I appreciate it. How old is Christian now ? He can focus on activities , that’s great ! Btw right now I am in the process of getting my 5 years old daughter for ADHD evaluation, this takes a while. I heard from some therapist that ADHD medication might help the kid who needs it , focus and finishing task. I don’t know what to decide . Thanks again for sharing
He is 9 years old. Christian was also diagnosed with adhd. I have heard that too about medication but haven’t gone that route yet 💙
Hello! Just wanted to say I am glad I subscribed to your channel! My son was diagnosed autism this summer, and he will be turning 4 this month. We are currently in search of a good IPad or tablet for his start of using an AAC app. What kind do you guys use?
Hi! We started with pecs phase III which I would say is the easiest. Then we moved on to proqloquo2go and liked it but my son needs help with motor planning so at this moment we are doing the Lamp program. 💙
Thank you! Do you guys have any recommendations for a tablet or IPad?
@luzbynegrete2798 I just use a iPad and download the programs.
Okay awesome! Thank you!
@luzbynegrete2798 here is our communication playlist hope some of these videos are helpful

Do you mind sharing what made you decide to homeschool your son?
He needed more support than the school could provide unfortunately 😔
@@ROCKNSTIMS My non verbal child just started 1st grade. Her special ed class has 7 students, 1 teacher and 2 aides. So far I think things are alright but I am preparing my self to homeschooling as well as my child ages. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
That’s a good ratio. The last straw for me was 1 teacher no aides and 9 kids. My son was an eloper so that was just too scary. It’s not even on the teacher since it’s only one person but the IEP was not being followed. Good luck with school. Some teachers are amazing! 💙
Do you go through a charter, online, or just solely independent?
Right now just independently coming up with stuff. I looked at curriculum but got overwhelmed 😅🥴
@@ROCKNSTIMSThat is how I feel! My baby girl is in first grade and this is our first year homeschooling and I chose a curriculum recommended by the teacher, but it is overwhelming LOL. The teacher has been teaching for over 40 years and she says I am helping her learn how my daughter needs to learn LOL. I have been reading about a lot of parents that do it independently. I guess they just file an affidavit with the school district. And I may be considering that in the future.
@@ROCKNSTIMSI decided to try homeschool through a local charter. It isn't so bad, but I can see huge benefits of maybe going independent.
Yeah I submitted a education plan and filled paperwork out super easy 💙
It's cool that your goal is that he will read and write. Has Christian been diagnosed with intellectual disability?
Yes he has been diagnosed with ID. Yes! Reading and writing will be so beneficial to him 💙
