Why did cyclist get lost? Because Jungle is massive!
"Another bastard tree stole my helmet, whilst I was wearing it" lol
I need a t-shirt with that on it
happened to me once too......stupid trees
Ha ha
I’ve been in that exact situation three times before.
Komoot has done you a solid there.
"Everybody wants the ice cream but no one wants to chase the truck" I died laughing... awesome music!
This dynamic = Cycling's answer to Top Gear
Awesome video & soundtrack. Memories for a lifetime for you all.
James at the end.... "THAT's not Gravel riding.... THIS IS GRAVEL RIDING!"
Even the dogs were laughing at James trying to negotiate that collapsed road! Great ride!!
By far the best instalment... you could see that collision with that tree coming a mile away... proper laugh out loud moment... keep up the good work Mr Cade
Gotta say it again, great editing and pairing with music, especially given it's virtually daily and after some tough rides. Took me a while to get into this series, after loving the Australia one, but this is great.
Got to love a long pie snack👍 Some tough riding conditions, chapeau.
Hey, long time ghost follower.
The fact that you do so much cycling but still have the dedication and willpower to edit and upload dayly videos is instan.
My hat off to you, your videos are not only fucking great but the quality is superb. Keep it up bro!
When the going gets tough, Laurence sees the funny side of life.
Absolute fucking mentalists! Best video so far, and the whole trip has been off the chart.
Have a good rest day. Looking forward for the local views " hope to see a bit more than a hotel room"
What an adventure! You'll remember this for a lifetime
best episode so far...that's bikebacking should be !! going out of your comfort zone and have a little adventure..;)
I hate to say it, but I had to laugh at that last bit....especially when Lawrence says "do I have to help you with it?" Guaranteed James' response was likely "F@£k Off!"
Am I right?
Lawrence’s ‘end of the world music’ seemed very appropriate
I've cycled around Da Lat for years but never found myself on jungle roads like you guys did! Epic guys. Thanks for showing the true beauty of Vietnam. Hope you are enjoying the football celebrations tonight!
You blokes are hard core, love it! Watch out for that tree 🤣
Just to remind everybody: James is the best.
You three are definitely adding to the Komoot road database ... that was some epic and gnarly singletrack ... sometimes the best rides are on the roads less travelled!!
Was it just me that wanted to see James set upon by a pack of friendly dogs in the ravine at the end? Creedence cannot fail to lift the spirits. Well played BFJ.
Drinking 'cain juice.' I nearly chocked I thought he said 'Cade juice.' OMG.
Looked horrendous Francis! Blinding music...Great footage.
Playing Creedence in a Vietnamese jungle? Apparently, James is a fan of Apocalypse Now (or he has no sense of irony or reading the room). Other than that, nice shwacking.
I still miss the scene where they get transported by a helicopter to a beach 🙄
Yeah bro I was thinking the same thing. Some old-timer was probably feeling the PTSD. 😕
What a ride! If I ever manage to have to money and time to do any of your bike packing tours I surely will. Keep up the good work with the amazing content. Cheers
Brilliant! The best memories are made when it doesn’t go quite to plan. We have all been there, ‘yes, this is the way’ ‘no it doesn’t look like this on the map’ ‘we can’t go back now’ Some very, very funny one liners in the video, had me laughing out loud. Personal favourite at 8.40 - ‘there better be a pizza place in Da Lat!’ 🤣🤣
This is the best episode so far. Epic!
Kudos to you all - that’s some serious hardcore riding and you seem to work so well as a unit. Amazing
The dream still goes on , stay safe 👍👍
Solidarity from a fellow Rudolph Red Nose. This year I got burned in April. In Manchester.
We’re you on the HoHochimin trail... luckily there were no old land mines!!
Seeing Lawrence go downhill is a treat 👌
Now THAT was a proper adventure ride! Glad you guys made it thru that damn jungle without finding any unexploded land mines!
Such an amazing journey to watch so far.
Three brits in Vietnam in the jungle & playing Creedence Clearwater what could possible go wrong? lol go you good things :)
Pt. 18 = BIG ENTERTAINMENT.
WTF!!!! Proper MTB ride. Seriously though. That was epic. One of your top rides with your bros!!!! You 3 will never forget it.
Balls of steel, you guys.
This one was very entertaining. I laughed a lot. 👍🏽
won’t lie, your guys road trips seem badass, i hope i can do something like this one day. best of luck to you guys and enjoy the rest of your trip!
As they say in Leadville, when it gets tough “dig deep” 👊🏻
Another brilliant morning watch I will be sad when this journey with the three of you is over 💫😎👍🇦🇺
Epic ride and a brilliant video, you three have some balls riding through that!
Now that was an adventure. Well done.
Haha wow, easily the best episode of this journey. Get some rest!
Someone should enter Francis for a vlog competition for this Vietnam series. Just when I thought they couldn’t get any better and bam, the jungle!!!
Was expecting James to fall and shout FRANCIS!! at the end there
EPIC Franciii .. keep up the energy mate ,, love ya
Another great video 👍
This ride is EPIC !
That single track looked amazing, a lot like northern NSW, Australia, where I live (when it's not on fire, that is). Those tracks are what I seek out every Sunday when I get to escape from my 9-5 and family obligations (for a few hours). You guys gotta wake up and smell the coffee.
Nice trail for Lawrence to hone his CX skills😂
cyclo crooos in Jugle.. wonderfulll the guys...
Some of the best content on the tube brother🤘🏼
That was a cool section of road... no traffic... cool adventure and bastard trees!
What a great day for you Three amigos it may have been a very hard and testing day but it is one you will not be forgetting in a hurry enjoy your rest day 👍
Looks like quite an adventure!
Think this is the best of the trip so far. That descent after the bushwhacking must have felt amazing.
What's the song used in that sequence @franciscade?
Wicked ride today!! Did I detect a little Steppenwolf in there. Way to go James...I grew up on those great tunes. A much deserved rest day tomorrow.
Wow WTF! I think I am gonna take the bus then 😂
Really loving this series! USA was great but this keeps on getting better!
that looked like a lot of fun.
Looove your vlogs and good upload times! :D
Very frequent! Impressive!
Credence Clearwater Revival in a video about Vietnam jungle? Very nice cultural reference. Very nice indeed.
Edit added. I see others caught that too.
What was missing was a traveling USO show with Playboy bunnies.
Mmmm boy, what fun! You guys defined pluck in this segment!
Keep going guys these vlogs are fantastic 👍🍕🌱
CADE goes mountain biking. Love it
The scenery in rural south Vietnam is great! (even if you got a bit lost)
Awesome ride!
best yet. character building.
'fucking long way in this shit' - 😂 These are gold mate what a trip!
Jungle business, loving that 👍
Best one yet.
America the crowd said, "should have gone tubeless"... Vietnam, we say "25c? You should have gone at least 28c if not 32c". I think next trip we will recommend 650c.
I'd love it if you put music credits somewhere so we can check stuff out :)
The final scene is just LOL funny.
First! In your face first weasels!
alright dad
Nice job, peeking Francis when He upload video
OK Boomer.
@@NoName-ot8uu ohh, that burns
Let’s Bungle in the Jungle... it’s alright with me.
Amazing
Da jungle brothas
jungle bikes could be the next big thing !
BEst episode yet, the jungle path was fun and awesome. You guys need to make a stop by Nha trang after da lat. It's a pretty nice beach city. There's plenty of russians there. First rule when visiting vietnam, you must visit the Russian locals :D #1 Communist rule
It's raining in Nha Trang! Missing it out
Two things-mountain bike-Garmin Bluetooth GPS unit plus a real map.
Careful, those forests there can hold some pretty weird stuff!
Danger, danger, Will Robinson!
Isn't just wonderful how discomfort heightens the appreciation for little things that we take for granted like water that doesn't need to be filtered (or water that does, just so long as you have a filter), or an asphalt road. I think that's much the point of trips like these. Enjoy Da Lat (and its landscape--you'll know what I mean when you get there), whenever you get there. :D Make sure to check out La Viet coffee.
JUNGLE incredible....yeeeessss.. j'adorrreeee
Did komoot send you down the rabbit hole or what? Great episode, been following everyday - I know I can laugh at somebody!
Awesome footage as usual. And riding through the forest must have been epic and scary to say the very least. How many times did you think the road wouldnt lead you out of the jungle? 😆😛
That jungle route looked equally a nightmare and a dream! Vietnam looks amazing, and the tarmac decent looked like a just reward for the jungle section! Good luck for the rest of the trip, any plans to do a kit comparison between the 3 of you?
AN ITNDYLAN TRACK IN YOUR VIDEO!
ACE
That was crazy .😱
When you are back in London in the city you can get those vietnamese baguettes at citycaphe in case you miss them when back.
awesome
My girlfriend and I have been bingeing this travel series! You’re a phenomenal documentarian. Thanks for sharing all of this.
Thank you both for watching it!
James! Where is the whisky now mate? Hou guys can be glad the trail was dry and not muddy and wet! Enjoy the ride,,,,,
Gotta love choco pie... try your local Korean grocery 👍
Btw I wait every day for your next instalment
Wtf... that ending....the fact the video was finished and upped, i know you guys HAD to have made it... be damn.... poor James... all the flat fixes and free climbing with his bike...
Keep up the great work and enjoy the rest day!
I think this rivals the death valley leg in P:USA
