Use some gasket sealant for the rubber seal. For the intake touching the plastic case, use some type of foam cushion.

You mean MST? I’m wondering the same.
I did a bit of research and the MST is one of the loudest due to the second version having a better inlet than the stock rubber one. That makes a big difference as well and most intake systems don’t come with this inlet. I’ve been asking around if that MST inlet will fit this Injen intake.
@@visionofgrey I got the MST intake, it’s louder than this one.
I don’t know much about cars but have been researching this lately. That rubber piece is called a turbo “inlet”. I just got this intake and installed it a couple hours ago. Sounds nice but I want it louder. I heard the version 2 MST is the loudest because they DO have a replacement for that rubber piece (inlet) as well, and one of few brands that have it. However, I don’t want to return my Injen intake so hoping the MST inlet will fit into our Injen filter, but no one has confirmed this yet.

@@Shinegadget oh great advice thank you so much. I was trying to find just an inlet but couldn’t aside for that MST one, which was claimed to only fit the whole MST system. I hope this arrives quick. Have you confirmed it will fit our Injen intake?

How did you keep the strut bar?? I had to take mine off I didn’t clear enough to put back on
Maybe you didn't put the intake all the way in 👍 remember to remove the rubber plastic from the old intake
What’s the phone mount u use.. I’d prefer it more on the passenger side next to the glove box area facing me so it doesn’t block the vents but i can’t find one for the life of me
