don't care how many times I watch this I still get emotional every time.
I was born in the mid 80's and my top 10 favorite teams to watch:
1. 90's Chicago Bulls (for MJ, Scottie and Rodman and because _everybody elevated their game when playing for or against the Bulls_)
2. 90's Houston Rockets (for Hakeem the Dream -- the greatest center ever)
3. 80's Boston Celtics (for Larry Bird -- the definition of mental toughness)
4. 80's Los Angeles Lakers (for Magic's triple-doubles and their rivalry w/ the Celtics)
5. 90's Detroit Pistons (for the energy of Isaiah Thomas and their 'brutal' rivalry with MJ and the Bulls)
6. 90's Utah Jazz (for the second greatest duo of the 90's, Malone and Stockton)
7. 90's Indiana Pacers (for the showmanship of Reggie Miller)
*8. 2000's Philadelphia 76ers (for Allen Iverson -- never saw anyone play with more heart)*
9. 2000's Phoenix Suns (for Steve Nash -- the smartest and most inventive playmaker since Magic)
10. 2000's Cleveland Cavaliers (for the physical specimen that is LeBron James)
Honorable mention: 2000's Boston Celtics (for Rajon Rondo -- my personal favorite since Iverson)
* I never liked watching the Lakers after the turn of the century. Too many already-established HOFamers, plus I wasn't a big fan of Kobe's style of 'team' play.

I'm a Sixers fan reluctantly but we have Wilt, The Doctor, and the answer. Out of those three my favorite was AI. He is 4 inches shorter than any other league MVP. He did it by himself. Drake didn't start from the bottom. Allen did.
Vicente Rodrigo I said he was my favorite. Not the best of those because wilt is the best out of those.
He is the shortest MVP but Bob Cousy was 6'1 so idk where you got that 4 inches shorter than any other MVP fact but it's wrong

Most people don't even know how hard he played. What has the NBA became, I don't follow it that much anymore but iv been told lebron only plays 30 mins, this is what the MVP's have became. Fuck the nba and fuck new athletes. I guess lebron doesnt play it like its his last I guess he plays it like just another day in NBA. They say iverson was tough? iverson was earning his pay check he was doing his job he was doing what he only knew. It was fearlessness, fearlessness is why we looked up to Iverson take that away and this video would not be here.

I just watched this over and over, its my favorite tribute, I'v actually never watched anything on you tube as much as this single video.
Just so you know, Iverson only averaged 1.5 minutes per game more than LeBron. Don't praise Iverson by discrediting LeBron's will to win. Iverson was a phenomenal player, but LeBron is great.
What does he average just on the heat.? Lol he played most his career on cavs and had to actually play to win. Dudes a bum he will be replaced soon enough iverson won't because all players are now ripped monsters. Iverson was the last puzzle piece to the nba. Lebron is not changing anything he's just braking records nba would be the same without Lebron.

I can't believe it's even a question to some people whether or not he deserves to be a first ballot hall of famer. What an insult to his legacy. He did so much for the game of basketball. Thanks for the incredible tribute. Truly the greatest ever at his size, and I've never seen a tougher, more exciting to watch, more passionate player - and he had such a difficult life but overcame so much. Followed his career since Georgetown. Miss you, AI!

Hands down the most exciting player to watch. Seeing him drive, get fouled hard, hit the deck then hobble back up and do it again and again and again. If there was a loose ball, he would leap on it with no regard for his own safety...What people say is true, he had amazing heart.

Growing up watching Iverson play his heart out and fearlessly every game was a treat. He was the most exciting player i've ever seen and to me, Basketball is not the same with him gone.

Whatever you say about what LeBron or KD will become, or what Jordan and Kobe were, Iverson was an assassin, with as much heart and guts and desire as anyone who has ever played the game. Being a scoring machine when you're 6'11" is one thing, Iverson was the smallest guy on the court, and he still outscored everyone in a super-competitive era of the NBA. Anyone who doesn't think he's a first ballot HoF guy is out of their mind - Iverson defined the NBA for nearly a decade.
Aside From Jordan himself...no one will be as Loved or Missed as this man here. One of the most fearless players to step foot on the NBA stage. A Hero to many, a Sixer for Life.
