Sticking to a keto diet can be hard for many people and initial wins slow down and wait loss becomes a lot slower. Your body adjusting to ketones as a source of energy takes time. I suggest you vary your diet a bit as one food group is not good for you. You need to aim for 30 veg per week. (Easier than it sounds). MCT 8 oil in something called "Bulletproof coffee" is a great way to get energy that lasts all day.
I managed to train myself to eat only once a week.

Have you ever thought about doing gardening for people? You can earn quite a bit of money. We pay our gardener 200£ per day!! Older people have difficulty coping

@@metannica1 where do you live.? I live in the golden triangle around Harrogate Leeds and York! He lives in London with high prices. I can no longer afford a gardener due to 2 price rises in the last 12 months so am thinking about moving
