The Svietlana is the T4 Russian Light Cruiser that boasts a large number of guns, very quick, fast rudder shift and tight turning radius. She is able to flex across the map and use her speed to get into tricky positions and back out of them again. The torpedoes are usable, but only if you can use islands to protect you as you approach. Overall, not a bad T4 cruiser!

If you want to improve your torpedo accuracy and, the best way to do that is to use those torpedos only when you’re at point blank range.

They all speak about Russian bias in the game, but save for rare premiums Russian/Soviet ships like Gremy I have and Nikolai, they aren't all that great. I remember a couple of months ago there was a mission to kill a certain amount of German and a certain amount of Russian ships. I finished the German mission in a couple of games. It took me 3-4 days to finish the Russian mission- there was just not enough ships to go around and when I was playing Gremy it seems like everyone on the enemy team was out to get me. People very rarely play them especially at low to mid tiers. I don't see them alot at high tiers either. I did OK in Svietlana, but I was killed in one salvo with full health on a couple of occasions.
