3arcmazarc Its the show that was playing on Disney XD before it turned to CBS. AT&T said that was an error, it didn't mean to turn it there.

During a broadcast of the World Series that day, host Bobby Bones was ranting over how his local Fox channel that was broadcasting the World Series game had to do a test of the EAS, and in the process, he played a recording of the 2011 national EAS test, without knowing that it was coded as an Emergency Action Notification, which would cause something like what the video showed. In order to give the user and broadcasters back control of their systems, they would need to transmit an Emergency Action Termination alert type to basically turn off the emergency alert system.

@@jimsdog23no, it was a false activation. Playing EAS tones over the air is ILLEGAL, since it activates the EAS, and the FCC will fine whoever on TV or Radio plays it. The tone they played was the “Emergency Action Notification” tone, thus why it activated the alert as “EAN” and forced the cable system to tune to CBS, since CBS is the cable’s Primary Entry Point Station (when an Emergency Action Notification is activated, cable systems are automatically tuned into either a Primary Entry Point Station channel, or an EAS channel to broadcast a national alert, which was why the cable was automatically tuning into CBS, since the cable thought it was a real national alert; Emergency Action Notification is the only alert that all cable, radio, and broadcast stations are forced to broadcast, unlike any other alerts, in which stations have the option to play or not, since it’s the top priority alert, given it’s for national emergency use).
