  • 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐬, stretch those calves and hamstrings. This touch your toe challenge will benefit; hips, lower back, glutes, quads and calves. For begginers, athletes even dancers.
    Often tight hamstrings can lead to tightness in the hips, which can then go on to effect the low back, glutes, quads and calves.
    There can be a ripple effect throughout the whole body. This yoga for hamstring challenge will help to create more space in the back of the legs. I invite you to grab a block and a strap, or a book and belt for more support.
