    I've made this twice and pretty easy. I'm not great at math but I think if you have 500ml/50ml shots that is 10 shots. 60 grams of Vitamin c ascorbic acid would be 60grams/10 or 6grams per shot. I worked it out in tsp and came out the same. Lecithin or water amounts shouldn't matter as long as parts are equal and you have a total of 60grams. I appreciate your video. I totally believe in this process. I used to buy it 30grams of Liposomal C for $46. This is way cheaper. Thank you. One other note. Rather than putting the mix directly into the cleaner, I filled with water and put the mix in a glass jar. Evidently the stainless made by China is plated in much of what they sell. Don't know about this model but I used a jar, Seems to work.

    You changed from grams to teaspoon, and I think some was lost... Please double check mine..
    1/4 tsp = 0.9g which goes into 60grams 66.7 times...
    66.7mg x 50ml = 3335mg
    (The 1,000mg to 1,000ml equal out )...
    I have to go to 70g to get 3507mg at 50ml with Sodium Ascorbate..
    ( as it's 1.67g to 1,670mg & a little easier on the stomach)... Let me know if I missed something...

      Ascorbic acid is vitamin c in it's purist form and the lecithin encapsulation works really well. You can also control the dosage. Acerola cherry is just dried ground up acerola cherry and will not work in the encapsulation process. It's best just eaten or put in smoothies.

      I just figured it out. The Now brand liquid lecithin has 10grams of fat per 1 Tbsp. The powder I used had 30 grams of fat per 60grams of powder. So you would need to use 3 Tbsp of the liquid to get 30 grams of fat you need to make the liposomal. Hope this helps

    I'm just curious how you formulated your recipe? Most recipes I've seen give a much larger ratio of lecithin to ascorbic acid. Yours are equal. What was your reasoning behind that? Most recipes don't actually give any reasons for the amounts so I am curious. Have you ever tested the encapsulation rate?
    I am using your recipe currently, so thank you.

    • @petebeasttexashomesteading
      @petebeasttexashomesteading  Před rokem +4

      I've done a lot of researched and most people that were taking it for cancer were doing equal amounts of each plus it's much easier this way. I never tested it for encapsulation rate but I know that if I leave it in the ultrasonic cleaner for 45 minutes or more, the tartness taste goes away. That tells me that the ascorbic acid is encapsulated.

    • @vtbakerbuilder
      @vtbakerbuilder Před rokem +2
