Pretty much where you're at only my garden is not nearly as far along as yours is. I've been on carnivore for about 2 months. Not really lost weight, probably because I'm a T2 diabetic on insulin. But I can tell I have reduced inflammation and vastly improved digestion. I've been thinking about what to do with the garden. Definitely want to do chickens again and try to grow as much of their feed as possible. I'm including grains in my plans for that. Also alfalfa that could be dried and fed in the winter. I wish I had enough room to graze a steer! I suspect smaller critters - goats etc. would be harder to contain. Anyway -- wishing you joy in your journey!

How did you wire it to the building? I installed one not too long ago using 12/2 romex to a 3 prong male ac plug and plugged it to an outdoor gfci outlet, but it keeps tripping.

I've been re-designing my garden as well by removing veggies and replacing with native plants to my area in San Diego. Already a massive increase in wildlife just in the past few months. Also, with all this extra energy, I ripped out a big area and I am hand digging a pond! After a veg diet for nearly 30 years and getting sicker once I started eating more from my own garden, my life has completely flipped a 180 just by doing a mostly meat diet. I feel better than I have in years! Sally Nortons book is great - I also recommend one called The Big Fat Lie - absolutely mind blowing how much they have lied and manipulated us.

Over two months in carnivore, changing my homestead also. What an amazing Creator we serve.

I can't believe I came across your video. I have the same situation in Hawaii. I'm a 70 male and I have over 15 years of establishing a tropical fruit orchard and organic farm of vegetables and green houses. I raised composting worms and spray vericulture tea. Over two years ago I decided to go carnivore after having many green and fruit smoothies. I froze tons of fruits and veggies, including bananas, coconut water, pineapple, lilikoi , dragon fruit, etc. I gave it all away and filled my freezers with meat. I still eat some of the Mac. Nuts and avocados. I feel incredible now that I cut out the smoothies. Thanks for sharing.

If you have livestock, feed these vegetables to them. They can get the max nutrition out of them better than we can. So, when we eat their meat and organs those nutrients are methylated for us to absorb to the max. I am carnivore too. 5 years now. Had multiple autoimmune disorders and thyroid nodules with a litany of symptoms and inflammation that I take 2 different immunosuppressives for. Hoping to reverse it. Had lots of problems with health that did resolve with meat heavy keto, low oxalate veg, no nightshades and not much veg at all really. Just a tiny bit to flavor my food now like a little garlic and onion. You’re doing the right thing mister. Keep at it.

Our story is similar to yours. Grew most all of our food, and the plants made us ill. Went carnivore 17 mo. ago, and will never go back to eating plants. We grow food to feed the chickens, ducks, family and friends. Wish we could raise our own beef. How about a saltwater hot tub in your green house for the winter and a cold plunge for the summer?

In places where they salt the roads in the winter you can dead vegetation right next to the roads when everything else is turning green.

I was in the same boat as you but not as large of an area. I started my first garden last year and June 27, 2023 I started carnivore. Grew the garden out, canned and saved it for everybody else. This year, I decided to still grow the garden but implimented ducks in the equation. We all can survive,on duck eggs. Theres not enough fat in chicken eggs but ducks..... Bought 40 ducks and growing veggies for the ducks. I am mostly growing cucumbers and squash :) Dogs can also survive a healthy life on cooked duck eggs.

My first year w/o a patio garden. Feels strange, but I feel great. Think I’m about 4 months carnivore, was about year & a half keto before that. Good place to build a chicken coop? Put it in the middle & rotate every year.

I'm in the same boat. I have garden beds full of winter/spring vegetables being winter here in NZ currently. I came across carnivore a couple of months ago (via Dr Anthony Chaffee) and was truly gutted about the gardening situation but, I've always had a passion for flowers and having vases in the house filled with pretty flowers so that's what I'm going to do now. The carnivore lifestyle has too many benefits not to take notice. I wish I had found it years ago but, better late than never. Thanks for your video ☺️

My parents (Italian) had a huge garden- both lived a long life. Maybe you can donate to those who will appreciate fresh veggies. When you said ca-cootz for Italian squash my heart dropped! I never knew what zucchini was! Only ca-cootz I’m carnivore - 3 months. I’ll never go back unless I have to! Beautiful garden!!

I have Lupus. I haven't felt sick in a month since carnivore. This diet may just save my life. I have to watch my kidneys so I was scared to eat so much meat. I haven't had any problems so far. I went out in the sun today (toxic for Lupus patients) and it felt amazing. I almost cried.

Hi Pete, been a fan for a while. Do you watch anything from Dr. Paul Saladino? He's been a carnivore for years but now swears by a modified version where he will also consume raw dairy, honey and certain fruits (assuming low oxalates). Maybe you can repurpose your garden for more winter squash and melons, including cucumbers. That way you can still get your gardening fix and enjoy carnivore. Thanks for your great videos. I have been keto or low carbing for almost 3 years I was type 2 diabetes blood pressure dangerously high taking all kinds of meds I was at 280 plus down now to 194 pound over 85 lb weight loss has helped me tremendously I’ve managed to stop taking insulin and some other high blood pressure meds (Drs.Orders) but I haven’t gave up my veggies and I’m probably not I feel a lot better but I’m almost 69 the old body is gonna ache it’s called old age and it’s no telling what the elements are doing our body’s whether it’s in the soil or air even sun rays we can say going all meat the answer but the animals eat the veggies grass grains and such and it’s a cycle a person needs to do what’s good for them and be happy and give all thanks to the good Lord

Meat heals dogs and cats too. I did rescue work for years and an all meat diet for debilitated dogs and cats heals VERY QUICKLY. Also after spay/neuter, they bounce back after surgery like I’d never seen before.

I am still eating my veggies from my garden, being I am ketovore. I eat the low-carb veggies. My husband and daughter are still eating the SAD. But I am doing the cooking, so I am pushing more healthy optins.

Great to find you. We pretty much have the same story. After starting my tomato plants and peppers indoors, we started carnivore diet. I was wondering the same thing. I figured I’d just give most of it away or can it for prep, no probs. All of our preps may come in handy and we’ll eat them if we have to. We bought a half cow and a whole pig this spring and have a whole lamb coming next week. Buying in bulk has been a very positive experience. Can’t beat $4-$6 a # for meat, yes even the steaks. I can meat, it’s not only fun, but for prep. (We’re 60 & 68). Look forward to seeing more from your channel. Love from East TN.

I love to garden. I love my carnivore diet and sometimes do ketovore. I still can my tomatoes and grow zucchini and other low carb vegetables for my family. I even put in berry bushes this year for my kids. Kids eat very meat and egg heavy diet and we’ve removed processed foods its amazing the difference in them! I would rather everyone eat food we grew than purchase it and it helps keep me busy. We have also added more flowers in my vegetable garden. Looks like you can grow enough to have a roadside stand, it’s a beautiful set up!

I bought one of these and as soon as take the black cap off, all the water drains out. I have it on a level spot, too. I don't know what else to do. 7 gallon waterer is empty in about 10 minutes.

Why mess around with paper filters or fancy gadgets that you have to clean ---your percolator keeps recirculating the boiling hot coffee through the coffee grounds ---essentially boiling the coffee longer ---I just add the coffee grounds to the cold water in a sauce pan ---let the water saturate the grounds and boil it for 3 minuets ---turn it off, wait one minute, and pour a small amount of cold water into the pan ---that shocks the turbidity and any floating coffee grounds sink to the bottom ---then pour off the top my delicious, well infused (i.e. boiled) "cowboy coffee" ---very simple, no mess

I can relate to your story. Went vegetarian years ago and I started having a lot of health issues that few doctors could help me with. I incorporated meat again, Went gluten free, cut out all milk except for butter and ghee, and it helped but didn’t solve everything. Went Paleo and seemed to help up to a point, but still experiencing a lot of issues still. Discovered animal-based (not full carnivore but include some fruit and honey like Dr, Paul Saladino talks about), removed oxalate-heavy plant foods, and include organs, and amazingly feel a night and day difference. The word is getting out there how plants are not as amazing for us as many people have been lead to believe. That’s great you’re seeing such good results from your dietary changes. Eventually more and more will catch onto this.

Thanks for sharing your plan for your gardens. I love to garden and learn how to grow. Since going without the fruit and veggies I am not sure what I am doing with my garden. Same as you I share and feed produce to chickens. Putting part of the garden to rest is an idea I will file away. Carnivore ( 19 months) did not help me at all with my migraines and low energy but I am seeing a new doctor and hope he can guide me in the right direction. ( not that I trust doctors, but there is always hope) 😊

I am 81 and I fractured my hip last October and I made a good recovery and my surgeon said that was because of my garden and the strength that I had. He said to be sure to have a garden again this year. I decided to go carnivore on May 11 in the midst of planting my garden so I decided to just work hard in it and plant the usual things and put the produce in the clubhouse in my mobile home park for other people. Win-win. I don’t really like to give them things that will hurt them however they need food and they will buy the things anyway. Inflation has hit seniors hard. The hard part is that I had just replanted my strawberry bed and they are my favorite food in the world. I allow myself two small strawberries a day and that helps keep the oxalate dumping from getting out of hand according to Sally K Norton.

I went carnivore until I just got sick of eating so much meat. I think trying to be super radical about diets is not a good thing. Paul Saladino MD incorporates other foods in his diet after going strictly carnivore and says he has been doing great for years now. I think taking processed oils and foods out of your diet along with foods you know do not agree with you should suffice. But hey, that's just me :)
