I forgot to mention in the video that the best time for grounding is when you sleep because you can spend more time grounding and giving your body more time for repair.

I have been using Hooga grounding mats for well over a year now. I had the same symptoms as you, trouble falling asleep, always waking up or just full-blown insomnia. I opted to bypass the house electrical ground and used a grounding rod in the ground, close to the house. Here's a tip, Pete, I also use a grounding mat as a mouse mat when I'm on my computer (also grounded to a rod outside), as I'm always touching it when using the mouse and keyboard. I also take magnesium before bed. Thanks for the great content!

Hi Pete, thank you for this useful video which made me learnt something that I had no idea before. I really spend money to have a better sleep quality as it's extremely important for today's human sanity and inner peace.
We have a grounding mat that covers our bed, works great, although I'm barefoot all the time, it has helped.

I used to go around barefoot a lot of the time until we got the smallholding - lots of sneaky thistles and mud! I love the feel of grass in my toes. I don't remember having any sleep issues until recently - could be stress with things as they are and the skip the beats. But I am barefoot indoors - or quick trips across the patio! Am now considering walking in mud and using the outside tap to clean off - and be more wary of thistles! Er, I'm not a hippie though! LOL! Thanks for the info on the sheets.

I've been thinking about this for a long time. Wonder if it will help with various muscle cramping.
Funny that you ask that. My feet used to cramp before grounding but not any more. Could be that the body is more efficient with the minerals?........I don't know.
Pete, silver will oxidize over time. How effective will it be once the silver starts to oxidize from exposure to the air, body sweat, etc...? You addressed my main concern about lightning. Thanks
Just washing the sheets will keep the silver clean and conductive. They say not to use any type of fabric softener or detergents with oils in it.
Pete, good information - didn't know about this and I have trouble going back to bed after waking up. Doc just told me to take melatonin supplements.
Question: The bedsheets will need a direct skin contact, correct? It won't help if I'm wearing a (long sleeve and pants set) pajamas? Unless my hands touches the sheets? Thanks.
Correct, but as long as some skin touches the sheet, you will ground. Probably best to wear short sleeve shirt and shorts.
Try a hooga mat. Also, there are grounding sheets or Earthing sheets. Also there's shoes now too. Also, you're experiencing the different light frequencies that's coming through right now. Are your ears buzzing or ringing?
Thanks for the info. I haven't noticed any difference in light frequency or ears ringing. Just feel very rested and calm.
What metal are you using as a ground outside?
It is a 12 gauge bare copper wire.
pete how do i know that the outlet is grounded...
I just put a link in the description under the video for an outlet ground tester. When the two lights on the right side light up, then you have a correct ground.

u can go bare feet over the grass and rise your arms palm up and stay like that as long u can...walking barefoot is an easy way to ground yourself.
