I needed this cause my family did hurt my feelings and they never realized not even today. Cause my dad would yell at me and force me to do or try things even though I say no he still does, my mom would force me to tell her things but everytime I say "I'm not ready to talk about it" she says "Well I don't care if you're not ready just tell me" and even though I have sleeping problems she does not care and one time she said that she doesn't care about my feelings cause I was failing one of my classes and when she said those things that hurted me, and my little brother also like call me names even though I tell him to stop he never does and it pisses me off. Their also the reason why I feel insecure of my body and why I have trust issues 😄
I really hope they will stop doing this man im glad even tho you live in this family your the only good one who didnt become like them. Nothing they say is true but ik that thing as long as you live with people keep saying that you can't help but keeping the idea in ur mind. Toxic family effects so much and put so much pressure on the kid. Tho! A thing to be proud of is being not toxic like them! Oh nooo!😣😣😣 I've also been through S.A myself. It's literal hell. My attacker didn't understand the word no, and just kept touching without my permission. So now, I even hate giving hugs, or receiving them, I don't care if it's from my family, or my best friend when *I* want one, cause they know my boundaries, and respect them, Wich I am so greatful for, just hearing my attackers name from time to time, or seeing someone that looks a bit like them can be a trigger for me, and then I have a pretty bad panic attack, but it's not all bad, I have friend's and family who are constantly checking up on me when I'm having a bad day. I get so worked up for accidentally breaking something. You sound so protective, and gentle. Why can't everyone be like you? You're so sweet😊😊 i once accidentally broke a plate, and practically had a mental break down, and tried to clean up the glass shards myself, but i couldn't see straight because of my continuous flowing tears, and ended up accidentally cutting the side of my hand, making myself bleed a bit. My big brother came into the kitchen to see what the commotion was, and instantly took charge, by making me stop cleaning up the mess, and cleaned up, and bandaged my hand, as he then also cleaned up the glass shard's, and gave me comfort by hugging me close, and letting me cry against his chest. He's the best big brother i ever could have. Sorry this was a bit long, i just kinda needed to vent a little🙂 have an awesome day, and i hope you're doing well, and to whoever else might read this as well!😊❤️❤️❤️

I remember I once met this guy on an online game my friend told me to join, and I thought he was pretty chill...
Then he started making me feel uncomfortable, like asking me uncomfortable questions, and touching me in the game (I mean like the characters)...
I just said "I feel sleepy"
And he said "what's the plan then?"
And I just thought to myself "I still don't know this dude's age"
Cause realised when he asked me that question, he was not around my age-
I asked him, and he was 36 😶
I told him not to do that kind of stuff cause it made me uncomfortable... He said he would stop, so I we carried on playing... But he didn't stop and continued to make me feel uncomfortable, so I unfriended him and stopped playing the game...
One night, I had a really bad nightmare that he found me irl, and he kept trying to touch me, and I kept telling him to stop but I couldn't get away... In the nightmares, he was grabbing my wrist and trying to get my clothes, so I punched him...
The nightmare was so bad I was tossing and turning in my sleep... I ended up punching the wall irl, my heart was racing and I started crying...
The whole experience was horrible...
That's why I don't feel very comfortable being online with strangers... 😶
I was literally dead serious when I said this is the only place I feel comfortable and safe to speak/type 😶🌼
