    Thank you! Very informative! As a lover of water, you might love the work of Veda Austin. A beautiful New Zealander who has taken Masaro Emoto’s work quantum leaps forward, showing the consciousness of water. Her water freezing technique can be used by anyone, and what people share about what water has told them is mind blowing!

      Hi yes I am friends with Veda on Facebook and love her work! I did mention cymatics briefly (Veda and I share many common cymatics friends) but these concepts are for a longer talk on informing water (and vice versa) that has slides etc in it - which would include Veda's work (and her new book) as well. Thank you for mentioning her here!
      This talk was just practical tips you can do at home, more or less in your kitchen. :-)

    Nowhere does she talk about how water can get us to 20/20. The subject line promises that.

      Hydration is absolutely paramount to having healthy vision - so yes being hydrated is important. The titles are not so much a promise as a concept. Please join us this week for part 2 with Dr. Valerie on hydration.

    I Think the info is very interesting but it would be much better if you did not show all the things and shaking them and turn them around - keep them still at least one long breath or just write the different things as show notes 🙏

    So is gazpacho more hydrating than "mere" water, or do we need some mucilagenous source, like chia? I've heard 1/4 teaspoon of rock salt per quart or litre for isotonic balance (within & between the cells)? Plz help, I'm dehydrated, like just about everyone else, of age.

      To get better hydrated and stop the crepey forearms, medical intuitive Lynn Waldrop told me to put a pinch of Celtic salt in my water. It works!

      @@nanofjoy Huh, a pinch works out to approx an eighth :-) Estimable estimation!

      Hmmm not sure - you would have to experiment with that. I find the chia very helpful. Also I do the salt too and I rotate types of salts. Oil/fats are good too - I forgot to mention ghee but that's also very hydrating.

      @@TrishaK1111 I dunno if from this video, but one of them suggested the mucilage from chia is all it took to "structure water". I've never looked up the details of structured water, but thought it safe to assume it took more than that to give water more structure? OFC now I'm thinking i was wrong -- ?

    Tell me again your chia seeds recipe ❤ I have quite a glump of seeds in my water 😂

    • @TrishaK1111
      @TrishaK1111 Před měsícem +1

      haha ... I place ten parts water in a glass (tablespoons etc) then I add 1 part seeds, stir it in. Wait 20 mins, and it should just be slightly gelatinous - the longer it sits the more it will gel.

    Great info.
    But the quality of sound is not so good.
    And is also nice if there is auto-generated caption from CZcams but it doesn’t have.
    The subtitle in the video does not match with the speaker time, that’s why I prefer CZcams auto-generated caption better.

      Thank you for your comment - we will look into this - maybe I will need to use an external mic for recording. And I don't know about captions but will look into that as well.
