  • We have developed this video to help end users train their staff. We recognise that in some instances they experience high turnovers in staff. This video has been produced as a resource to show new operators how to operate our machines in the most basic way. The video contains information for:
    • Start-up process
    • Operating process
    • Cleaning process
    • Closing-down process
The video also contains some tips on how to get the best performance from your Winterhalter machine. You should always refer to the operating instructions supplied with your machine. Full operating instructions for all models can be found at: www.winterhalter-scout.de/

+raul marquez That would suggest that your rinse aid needs topping up or you need more salt in the integral softener (if you have one).

Sean Malcolm Press the i1 button once, on the main menu, this will take you to a second menu. Scroll down until you see a clock icon with a small portion highlighted. Pressing this button will effectively half the wash times of each cycle but also reduce the boiler temperature. You should only use this setting for lightly soiled items. To return to normal settings, follow the same steps but deselect the clock icon in the menu.

Sean Malcolm There's a special short programme that will allow 77 racks per hour to be washed. Regular wash cycles are 22/32/48 racks per hour, depending on the chosen cycle.

how many mins will the shortest cycle time be

Sean Malcolm Theoretically, the very shortest cycle time (using the method above) will be between 46 and 47 seconds. Only lightly soiled items should be washed this quickly and only in very busy periods. The setting offers flexibility but not an ongoing solution.
