Winterhalter DMX Reusable Plastics Drying System
More and more foodservice operators are using reusable plastic crockery, cutlery and containers. Plastic has huge benefits in terms of safety, practicality, strength and lack of breakages, and reusable plastic is highly sustainable. However, plastics require more time to dry than standard tableware, and often the kitchens have limited space for air drying and they may need to reuse the tableware as quickly as possible. That’s why Winterhalter developed the DMX plastic drying device.

I visited your CZcams channel and I saw some videos. You have already uploaded 123 videos on your CZcams channel. Your video quality is very good and the video thumbnail is also attractive. But the problem is , your videos do not have much Engagement, that means views, comments, likes, and your subscribers are only 852 which is not enough. When I visited your channel, I found some issues and I want to send it to you. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. And monetization of your channel will be on. I am waiting for your response.
Commonly kitchen porter jobs are unbelievably underated. The responsibility they have is the most important in the whole kitchen. Everything starts from a clean kitchen to the end of service. And the way kitchen porters are treated is an obvious clue as to the shortcomings of the other kitchen staff. Especially chefs, who have obviously forgotten where they started and who is making a kitchen a kitchen.
This job sucks 😂😂😂😂😂
Went to the Gunton Arms yesterday, met Stuart. Really friendly guy who can really cook.
Why laughing at us? I work hard as a kitchen porter. 🥺🥺🥺🥹😭😭😭😭😭
you do get they are laughing at the obvious stress it would cause the business when your not there.
Well maybe treat us with better respect. Fuck this job.
At last KP’s should be recognised for the great worth they deserve !
Yes maybe a good video on what makes a good KP. But it always great if the chefs starts to be more respectful and maybe higher pay. What you say about that? I ain't hating. I am just saying.
Treated better = harder the KP will work and be happy with the job. If you are a KP and treated like crap. Then just walk out and work elsewhere. Everyone is hiring.
Most chefs would downgrade you and treat you like a piece off meat just because they wear a white jacket and get paid more I think enough is enough time for a strike
the audio on this is awful, you would think they would have done some post production to get some an increase in volumn
Stephen Toman is not a very nice man
I used to run a GS machine with the rotary dial and manual over ride, it was a workhorse. The idea of a touch screen looks nice but with wet fingers or grime it’s not what I call practical.
The touchscreen has been designed so that it can be operated with wet fingers but also with gloved fingers. It's surprisingly practical!
For everyone complaining about being a porter, try it somewhere else. It can be all the things you read or hear about it being that you go ‘wtf that’s like propaganda, not true at all’, you just have to find a kitchen that respects their KP’s, ideally a young kitchen where everyone’s worked their way up. Older chefs can be moody horrible cunts frankly. Find somewhere quiet but not empty (the slower the day the more bored you’ll be, if you’re non-stop working in half hour bursts time flies) which runs efficiently with fair managers. It’s tricky but yeah, if the kitchen runs smoothly and isn’t overworked (the more overworked the restaurant is the more you’ll have to clean) it’s a fine job. You’ll have the cleanest hands in the place, although they can get cut up pretty bad. I’ve been handwashing everything all week, I don’t really have any complaints.
Thats the final boss for dishwashing machienes
1 and a half minute cycles for the minimum? Thats hella slow. Maybe its for lazy people who dont get any of the dutees of the plates. If you get them 95 percent clean before putting them in the washer you need only 30 second cycles.
I am leaving in August because I will get a new job. :)
Respect to all kitchen porters, dishies w.e you call yourselfs absolute rockstars
Porters job is babysitting for chefs and waitors.
Aren’t you clever
I’d rather be homeless than be a kitchen porter
Id rather not be you.
You wouldn't tho
Trust me any job beats being unemployed
I'm both, a job is a job when you're stuck.
Kp is the hardest job. Balnk
Before I became a chef I was a kP too it is very hard job I always had respect for the KP in my kitchen My first job as kP was in London Uk
Put your money where your mouth is, and pay us properly.
I don't even knew they gone lol we arill have 3 of them whoever I use to work in kitchens with out but wasn't busy much

@@lloydlyall8120 yes indeed
As a kp I agree 👍🏻
@@extremistterrorist did that job for years bro🤟
I get no respect in my kitchen
The should be paid more money
American restaurant culture is the most disrespectful towards their porters and washers. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life working in the pit. People treat you like you’re nothing.
In America the kitchen porter/dishwasher is treated like crap the server and busboy has a higher position than the dishwasher period
Very good mashines.
Any chance of getting this in more languages? Trying to sell one of these and there's nothing like that to show to our client.

This is a fantastic case study and a super well done to everyone involved. I enjoyed hearing the positive things that were said and the machines are indeed top class. Well done Winterhalter.
I've staged at Champignon and David wouldn't let me wash a plate while I was there. He said I was there to learn not to wash up and he pushed on in the sink. I don't know many chefs that would do that. Especially 2 starred ones. Hes an absolute gent.
After drain dishwasher showin coming up water but not coming up water it show indicates i1 what is the problem
Why are not coming water after cleaning and showing i1

A good, loyal kitchen Porter is essential to the running of a kitchen/restaurant business. And for those who think it is just someone washing dishes. It’s a little more than. If the chefs don’t have any pans. They can’t cook the meals. Therefore orders get behind. Customers start complaining to the waiting staff. If no clean plates the chefs can’t plate up. Food Goes cold/burns. Chefs have to have to start again. Again customers will complain about wait time. If no clean cutlery. Waiting staff can’t set up the tables. Again food burns goes/cold. Then there is helping prep during service or quieter periods. Maintaining hygiene levels around the kitchen sweeping and mopping spillages, sanatising work areas, taking out bins, making sure outside areas are tidy. To stop potential fire hazards ect. The role of the kitchen Porter will vary from places to places what is expected in the job description. As kitchen Porter you don’t rely on anyone in the team to do your job. You get on with it. But the other members of the team rely on you at some points in the shift so they can do their job. And any decent head chef/restaurant owner will respect a good kitchen Porter.
Congratulations Davie !! I'm also a Kitchen Porter and I know how important my job is. That's really nice that there's an award for being kp 😁

what makes a good kp???well...what companies should begin to do is pay the kps better...most hard job in a kitchen and worst payed...all kps in uk should do strike,,,till companies begin to pay what their deserve
Not the hardest job, I'm a kp
@@ollypricegaming2233 not hardest obviously in terms of skill but the KP in most cases will be the hardest worker in any kitchen imo. I've done it for ages now and I'm the only person in the kitchen who never goes outside for a break most chefs wouldn't last doing KP work.
Nathan, im a Nathan too. Most chefs start life as a KP.
Don’t do it 😂
Just had my first day. I second this
@@shutupimtalking7794 I don't mind it tbh obviously it's hard work but I wouldn't want to do any customer service jobs so I prefer these hard grafting jobs but everyone is different.
@@nathan2497 true its not too bad. Been on for a couple days now. Would hate having to serve customers
please don’t scare me 😭
lol i quit
Most chefs don't even clean up their own mess as they work they will shout for the KP to do it every 10 mins and then they still proceed to make more mess after your basically a slave lol I think it mainly boils down to the work environment regardless of any job but KP's often dont get treated with respect on the whole in my experience which is a damn shame.
Staff dump plates on the side, scrape plates on the floor and tell me to clean it up, wash their hands in the dirty water and dry it on my face, shout at me to go quicker even though I arrive at the evening; and no one washes plates while I’m not at work, just let them sit ready for me when I arrive. Oh yeah, and I have to clean and scrub the whole kitchen and mop the floor every day, not to mention the amount of crap from the fryers I have to clean and all the raw meat trays, if you value your life, don’t do this job as it is near suicidal.
