Never got why it was a thing for agencies to basically retire models when they're still so young and are at a stage in their career when they've mastered their craft only to cycle in beginners who still have to find themselves. I always felt that there was room enough for both. You can have the new generation of models coming in and learning, growing and settling into their craft. And you can also have more mature models who are still highly talented, masters in their field and very capable to keep working. So many more mature models carry that larger than life gravitas that can elevate particular looks from the right fashion houses. The elegance is often refined and beautiful in it's own right. There's definitely room at the table for more age ranges.
