One major difference is Naomi walks with one foot behind and one forward, switching with her steps. As someone who did irish dance competitively this is not easy and can easily make you slip up. Kendall walks with her feet side by side. Naomi's walk makes her appear gracefull while Kendall just looks like she's walking to get a glass of milk from the fridge.

IDK if it's just me but, I think Naomi fashions her walk in such a way that it flatters the outfit she's modeling. Like, in a really subtle way, so it flaunts the best features of the dress and she just has that grace, elegance and the poise of a goddess!
