My new electric fireplace insert looks just like this one but the flame light doesn´t go off when I shut it off. 1 side of the flame remains on. I have to unplug it. Why?

I haven’t tried taking apart and see if it’s just the fuse yet. Stopped today and was using last night. However I had to restart the power strip yesterday and now the power button feels different. Does this happen when it’s a fuse?

The size of the fuse should be on the metal parts of the fuse.

well, obviously, either look on the fuse itself -- or take it to a hardware store and match it; this was a most LAME video..
