Sorry, mine didn't. Have you done basic troubleshooting steps? (disconnect the power,wait 30 mins or so and plug it back in) if not, I would try that. I don't remember seeing any type of reset buttons or anything in the unit.

I need to check mine, the heater works, but no "flames." It's been that way since purchase.

That means u have ur unit in demo mode flip the switch to the 0 not the I. I is demo mode hope this helps
