    It makes me supremely happy when bikes that were written off and are in terrible shape are given a new lease of life.
    Especially when the owner goes through the problems on the bike saying it was all bad and now it is good,
    Keep up the good work @Mzy Customs
    You are keeping people's love for Bullets alive with your craft.
    I can't wait to see my bike when it's ready.
    Keep posting any videos that you are working on .
    Merry Christmas 🎄

    That motorcycle sounds real nice!

      Was that for real? I can hear a lot of cluttering from the engine, which mostly is due to the tappets.

    • @mzycustoms
      @mzycustoms  Před 5 měsíci

      @realhello... Yes... you have absolutely observed the point.
      This sound is not from the tappets. The original head and the rockers body of the bullet engine were taken off by the guy who had stolen the bike. Now I had worked upon the new Machined Rocker body and head

      @@mzycustoms Oh, thank you for the clarification.
      I would like to have your opinion on something I am confused about. I have a classic 350 reborn, and my father owns a TB 350 which comes with an AVL engine. Today, I and my father were riding our motorcycles through the buisy roads of the old madras, and there was this auto rikshaw guy stopping us on our way, and curiously enquiring about my fathers motorcycle. I was in my CL 350 reborn right behind my father, and this auto rikshaw guy never gave a minded at my motorcycle.😂 That AVL has a pronounced and slow thump which makes my bike feel and sound like an electric scooty when riding behind it.
      Now, why is RE making vehicles that dont suite their character nowadays? Those engines which produced a chunk of torque at lower rev ranges are now gone. To be precise, the J 350 engine produces a maximum torque of 27 nm at 4000 rpm, while the AVL 350 produces 27.46 nm of torque at just 3500 rpm. The CI engines were even impressive with 32nm of torque at an even lesser 3000 rpm. Newer engines show lackluster in the department of ride quality. Shouldnt the theory of evolution be applied to the newer engines as well? We can see the negative tilt in the performance as time passes by. When I ride my father's motorcycle, that machine shows no sign of breathlessness like my bike does on a lower rpm. I get the fact that the engine has 'supposidly' improved on many factors like the internal oil pumping capacity, a more efficient powertrain, the counter balancer shaft tech which reduces the excess vibes, etc, all backing up a theory of improved durability of the engine. All these are the claims my the company, and the final product is disappointing for some reason, in spite of having all these "improvements" done. The newer engines are showing a greater susceptibility to wear and tear compared to the older ones, contradicting their very theory. Why do you think they are now producing inferior stuff as the time goes on?

      @RealHello Holy Molly.... It ⁸ like you're crying your heart out. I ❤️ loved the way you expressed your experience. So let me break the Ice in very simple format to you, I may or my explanation might or may not justify your concerns. The Old Art Is dieing and The Understanding of the Master Craftsmanship Is Also Following The Grace of Dieing fellowship. If we compare the Old Beauties from 1930's until 2009, The History of the Royal Enfield was advanced to the bestest of the Best Interests of the Real Lovers, later the Eicher Group launched the UCE breed which stood by the some amount of old thumpy ride..... The Legendary Legacy passed away since then. Nowadays, the RE is only targeting the younger crowd and their riding tastes. I HOPE SOME WHAT MY EXPERIENCE has EXPLAIN.

      @@mzycustoms Even certain Army bikes, as late as, 1977 had G2 engines. These bikes would have been auctioned post 1987. Reason was simple, Army procures entire engines also apart from carrying out Base Overhauls, so sometimes entire engines were issued and installed in later models. If u see the Parts Catalogue, certain parts(common to civil bikes) were marked as 'For Army'.

    • @mzycustoms
      @mzycustoms  Před rokem +1

      Yes... Your correct in 1993 I had got 3 Bullets from Army auction and they had a gate pass of G2 1979 and 2/1982. All 3 Bullets were having AAC part and English part followed by English Cams tampered spokes, Dunlap rims.
