it's amazing that my Enfield (bought new in 2007, the last of the 'old' ones), almost 60 years later, looks almost entirely the same. I'm so glad India managed to make a go of it and keep it going, it's still a British bike at heart and very highly thought of by the 1.6 billion people of the sub continent and more. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but when it comes to the Enfield, it feels even more than that, it like reverence , India should be really very proud to have kept this bike going and took it forward :-) Thank you India 🙂
