You can also look at it like this; Anikan was the answer the force sent because the Jedi were blinded and no longer connected to the force as they should be, while the dark side had gained so much power and shrouded the world in darkness. Anakin pretty much served as the Reboot button for the Jedi and sith coming back into balance.

The video, and the Plagueis novel, explicitly state that both he *and* Sidious partook in the great experiment. While Plagueis was correct that the Force created Anakin as a reaction to the experiment (which was a partial success, as Vader destroyed the Jedi), it's kind of a leap to say that Plagueis is solely responsible, when Sidious contributed his power to the experiment as well.
The video also quotes that the force acted of its own will against the plans of Plagueis, so it sounds like he wasn't exactly the Father, so much as overbearing parent that makes their child (the Force) act in opposition to their rules, out of spite.

if the story is one told from the perspective of the fanatic bad guys, of course the good guys are going to be portrayed as ridiculous parodies of themselves. I want the see the Star Wars from the Empire's perspective. It's the only way we could be sure the story isn't just a mind fuck that portrays the bad guys as the hero. If you don't know what I am referring too, I'm sorry, I wont explain it all, there is plenty of research on this subject online already. Google "the Jedi are the bad guys in Star Wars. I will just say it is made obvious in cannon that the Jedi strove to maintain a system rife with crime and took full advantage of slavery. The Empire creates jobs, ends wars and slavery.

But, there should have been some sort of supernatural fight at the end where Anakin's force ghosts fights the essence of Plaguis and Palpatine as he tries to inhabit another botched clone that way Anakin fulfills his purpose as the chosen one bringing balance back to the force and but Rey.

Listening to the conversation Palpatine has with Anakin in Episode 3, It sounds like Palpatine didn't have the ability to create life at that point in time but wanted it. He even told Anakin that if he gave into the dark side they could learn that ability together. That makes me believe Palpatine didn't have a hand in creating Anakin.
Plagueis didnt create Anakin, the force did to strike back at the Sith.

I think there is one major piece that needs to be introduced that would tie everything together. The essence transfer ritual. This is a dark side ability that allows a sith master to take over the body of someone. However, the process requires that the recipient kill the master in the process and somehow using the dark side of the force as the conduit. This is a one time shot, and if the Sith waste it on transferring to a Stormtrooper or some other Jabroni they would be left in a body that is not force sensitive and thus is weak and can be killed by anyone. So they need a powerful force user and ideally one that will use the dark side or else it is just a waste.
Palps wanted to transfer over to the young and powerful Vader. Vader's body got messed up and thus was an undesirable host. The next best shot was Luke however by resisting striking down him down it was impossible for Luke refused to tap into the dark side and initiate the ritual. Then there was his grand daughter Rey who was very powerful with the force and very young.
My theory is this. Darth Bane discovered the ritual of transfer and invented the Rule of Two as a means to preserve himself into an ever increasingly more powerful body. He found an apprentice who was very powerful, then he spent time developing their power knowing it would soon be his next host body when the time was right. This allows the Sith Master to built their future body and also to allow their host to go out and do all of the dirty/risky work, protecting the master from any harm. When the time is right, and the apprentice thinks they are stronger and ready to take over, they attack their master, which will require reaching out to the dark side of the force, they strike them down and at that point the master takes over the apprentice's body.
This tidbit would not be told to the apprentice. They would have no idea about the essence transfer as it is a losing scenario for them. The apprentices crave power and if they knew that they would get this power only for their apprentice to take over their body, they would not do it. This is also why masters look for increasingly more powerful apprentices. This is also why Darth Plagueis would have tried to create an all powerful force being. That force being would eventually try to strike him down and then in the process, Plagueis would use the essence transfer to take over and become godlike. However, it failed, and instead, Darth Plagueis took over Palpatine when Palps struck him down.
My theory. All of the Sith after Darth Bane are Darth Bane. It was him taking over bodies for 1000 years trying to find a more and more powerful body to rule the Universe. Palps straight up said it with the line "I am all of the Sith" because he was all of the Sith. We will likely find out that his son refused to strike him down or was not force sensitive enough, or there was some pragmatic reason why Palps didn't transfer over to his body. Perhaps there will also be something about Rey's mother being powerful with the force as well and thus the granddaughter being very powerful. This also makes the Sith even more sinister in my eyes as they never planned on losing power and their trusted apprentice was just a body they were using and were going to eventually inhabit.
Plagueis tried to take over a force being, which he failed to create so he took over Palpatine. Palpatine tried to take over the Chosen One which failed because Vader had a ruined body. Then Palpatine tried to take over the son of the Chosen One, which failed because Luke refused to turn to the dark side to strike him down and facilitate the ritual. His next best shot was his grand daughter who was a powerful force being and Palpatine was more or less just an animated corpse at this point.

I wonder, could Sith try to do reverse*? Try to reach to midichlorians across the galaxy and push the force towards the light side so far, that it would create someone with a destiny of becoming the greatest dark lord in history?
*it would probably have to be someone who studied the Jedi way before, to have all the know-how?

Probably not, because nature of Sith, light side and dark side, but great idea 👍. Dark side is part of force responsible for changes, be it destruction or creation. Siths are really deep in dark side, them manipulating into light side being would be probably impossible without going through some sort of fundamental change of personality (just to be able to do it) and it's question, if light side could be able to be manipulated this way. Maybe it could be done different way, something like creating place/planet with only light side characteristic of lifeforms through selective breeding and elimination of dark side characteristic and pushing it so much, that force create dark side predatory being that should bring back balance etc. But this is just my opinion and ideas.
Anakin was the reset switch for the force. It just had to get bad before it got good.

Look they did not have the sequel trilogy planned out at all. Even daisy Ridley confirmed that her lineage changed multiple times during the filming the rise of Skywalker. I guarantee you the comic was intended to confirm that yes Palpatine is vader's father but because they changed rey's parentage to being Palpatine's grand daughter last minute they had to go recon the comic. All the sequel trilogy books recon the movies ALL the time. Lucasfilm dont know what the F theyre doing right now

if you pay attn to the prequels, it is obviously implied that Qui-Gon is Anakin's father. He and Shmee had a fling back in the day, the sub-text of that spills into actual text. You just have to pay attn! The prequels were full of meta stuff that is made obviously deliberate if you use the pause button.

Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to transform himself into various animals and objects. It is said that he would transform into a shower of golden rain, or a swan...
My personal theory on this is as follows:
Through Darth plagues failure if attempting to manipulate the midichlorians to create the ultimate dark side being that he wished for, the force itself merged two formerly seperate legends into a single being. By this, I mean to say that the force merged the chosen one with the sithari...my evidence of this is that anakin and his bloodline truly were the ones to bring the force back into balance and destroyed the sith, but that only occurred due to the ultimate Sith warrior in darth vader destroying the sith and simultaneously making them MUCH more powerful as it forced sidious hand and forced him to swap vessels. This made darth sidious go into hiding, but ultimately made him a lot stronger. Through palpatines joint effort in the blunder, the force also made his natural bloodline into the new chosen one, rey.
The force gave both sith lords all that they desired, at the cost of both of their lives, empires, and power.

Seems to me that Sidious could have created a being like Snoke in order to transfer his essence into this dark side creation. Snoke ended up being a convenient puppet while Sidious honed the technique, until the dyad came along that is.
