Isaiah is such an awesome, knowledgeable, driven individual. The work you do my friend is second to, none, my friend.
Like... I want to say he's an asset, without putting a dollar sign on his forehead or making it sound like he's, just a hired hand. He's a major personality of this channel that makes the experience of these videos that much better.

The close up welding shots ~23:14 on are really impressive y'all. Header looks immaculate as well.
I was going to comment the same, I've never welded anything myself but I've seen it done thousands of times including in person not just videos. Those close up shots taught me more than all the other times combined.

It's unlikely but I'd love for the footage to be uploaded at 60fps. Would make those panning shots (e.g. @ 33:30 ) so much nicer on the eyes, especially for gamers like me who are used to 144hz 😂
Isaiah explains things and his thought process really well. Really Rob and Isaiah work so well together, enough innuendos to keep if from being too serious, but still explain things in a way that makes everything approachable.
Isiah absolutely kills it, I remember when he first came on. Now he's calling the shots (atleast in terms of fabricating) so cool to see! That's a beautiful manifold.
I do not know which is more impressive. The header that was built with such insane precision that it is almost a work of art, or the fact it was built looking like the legs of 2 people have fun sexy times.

Rob is truly a real inspiration. Tech guy on the journey of learning and striving for ultimate greatness with a car he truly loves. He uses CZcams as a means to pay for it. bruh, Isaiah is literally a machine. deff one of the biggest contributing factor to the channels success for sure imo. I don't know what camera was used during the segment that isaiah was commentating but it was very jumpy.
Hose clamps also work really good for making a straight edge on circles

Very impressive, most people wouldn't show the steps of how they work through things, because they think if they keep secrets they are somehow more valuable (which to some extent is true). But here he is, explaining the techniques, and how each piece is made. IMO one of the best headers I've seen in a long ass time. I'm kind of sweating exhaust on my old 77 xs650 bobber and it literally doesn't have 1/1000 the complexity, but I'm not much of a fabricator.
I always asked myself how headers are made. Now I know. It's as simple as it is hard to do it well.
This one is simply a work of art: not only perfect from a functional point of view, but incerdibly beautiful as an object. Wonderful, Isiah you're awesome!!!!!

Finally a tuned header we used to measure bore capacity to make the header the same volume as the bore the sound difference is insane even on a up and down piston I still have mine on my 306 it looks like a set of Rams horns lol this looks insane well done both 👍🏻

Nice work! That new header should work great.. Just a quick note on thin wall 321. It's much less forgiving on short length turbo manifolds that don't have paralell tubes for heat cycle expansion . The Thin wall 321 tends to crack more easily than thicker/heavy 304 .109 pipe fittings.
I fabbed many turbo headers.back in the early 90's using 304 and 321 tube before the heavy wall 304 pipe fittings became avail and more popular .
Just something to keep in mind for the daily drivers and esp for rotory guys 👍 etc.
You can machine channels in the back of that heat sink plate. Add some oring grooves or gasket material. And a backing plate bolted on. You could have coolant running through, and the gas purge holes you were talking about.
