I've never welded before in my life, I've brazed a few copper pipes for a pet project once, that's it. but watching (countless) tig welders on youtube is one of my ASMR go-to. Isaiah is a boss.
A guy could easily call it a Collector........ 's piece.

@@LondonRednek cleetus films point and shoot "watch this" videos. Rob doesn't really hold the same scene for more than 10 seconds and has different overlays while he's talking about parts. Their videography is completely different.

Jim Scott and I 50 years ago made very sophisticated 180° headers many of them for many cars. A lot of engineering when it came to equal length and keeping the runners the exact square inch in any part of the sections and limiting the number of welds and keeping the penetration low and so many other things. I’ll have to say watching these headers being made is the very best work I’ve seen yet. Congratulations.
8 years ago 12 year old me came for the Lamborghini Diablo. I’ve been watching you since and I’ve learnt a lot about machining, rotaries, turbos and everything in between. Crazy how times change.

That work was epic. They engineered the crap out of the whole manifold setup. So awesome to see how optimized they were able to get it and how great their work was. Goes to show, better to take your time and do it the right way than rush it and barely scrape by.

I was apart of a project where we did a CFD of high volume water flow with many 90s and it was more about the turbulence that it causes at the 90 and you have low pressure water that can make it's way back down the bend and reflow up. That will also contribute to the extra heating at the bends with air flow in this case
