All Millennium Item First Appearances

- I've always enjoyed the showcasing of each millennium item and I wanted to do a little video for each of the first appearances of each item in the show! I hope you guys enjoy and don't forget to hit the like and subscribe! :)

Pity they never did anything interesting with the Millennium scale. They should have had an arc revolve around it and a user. Maybe replace the Atlantis arc with a Millennium scale arc.
I think odion should have gotten the scale ⚖️. In the arc. Maybe try to connect it with how he was able to hold back yami marik.

@@FalconsEye58094 It appeared every now and then when the characters were talking about the Millennium Items as a collection. But individually it was never mentioned.

Since Shadi had both the Millennium Key and the Millennium Scale, using the latter to judge those who robbed from the tombs.
It also appeared in Season 0 adapting that bit too.
The Millennium scale could’ve been very useful in a duel to use monsters and fuse them without the polymerization card I’m sure Jaden Yuki would find it very useful
Yet at the same time it would have been broken...in terms of dueling that is. Not like all the items aren't broken in some way, but basically a item that grants constant free fusions in dueling...yeah I can see why it wasn't used much. Although if Jaden gotten it before Atem went back to the spirit world, pretty sure he would use it constantly. XD
Millennium Scales: Continuous Spell, During the main phase, either player can pay 1000 life points to fusion summon 1 monster from their extra deck using monsters from their hand or field as Fusion Material. Basically Fusion Gate, but using life points as a cost instead of banishing cards.

The Millennium Rod had a knife hidden inside it in the Japanese Version, but in the English Version it was removed.

I only ever watched the English version but I remember A scene where Marik pulled out the hidden knife while standing over a sleeping person.

Oh well, in all the series the millennium scale is actually useless, except in season 0 where we see Shadi use it to judge the museum's director, i didn't remember that
In ancient Egypt they used it to measure the darkness so it played a critical role bro. Its not useless
@@oghuzkhan6136 You're right but before this, which basically means 200 episodes no one use it. As i've also seen in the wiki, it's used by bandit king bakura to ressurect Zorc, maybe that's because of this we don't see it before

Scale was basicaly a polymerization anytime you wanted, pretty good power back then when basicaly any monster could be fused
The Eye and the Necklace in my opinion have the most value outside of dueling. I mean the ability to read people's minds and see through time and potentially if there is some sort of synergistic effect with having multiple items, able to read minds of people in the future.
Rod is even better than eye.Reading people's mind is useful but control it is even better because you can make them do whatever you want.
@@user-yw5rh3zx4o yeah, that is a good one but mind control kind of sucks in that once you start doing it, you have to keep doing it, or the subject will blab to the authorities. Reading minds and seeing through time are more passive, stealthy.

How come in the yugioh series the scale dont come and how come it doesnt tell us where is the missing item or who holds it in the gx it still shows us the 3 divine beasts but not the items

here is just some of the things it can do. it allows its' user to continue on as a ghost after death, fusing monsters, killing people with a manifestation of their of own evil, identify deception and traps, and resurrecting spirits. its too powerful

This is only referring to the DUEL MONSTERS series, not the original Toei series. That series is not canon to this. Duel Monsters re-vamped the story and retold a few of those story arcs.

I would guess the scale is basically polymirization or however you spell it
It can tell if a person is evil
It creates stable fusions by balancing the two powers into harmony in the shadow games ... battles ... thing. Also detects if your inner self is in harmony, meaning if either your good side or your bad side are overpowering the other or even if the two are equal.
Of course, try finding someone in complete balance with his inner self, either people are damn evil or so good they become
naive enough to be betrayed and either continue or turn bad.

God the Millenium scale sucks so bad lol. All it can do is swing up and down to tell if people are good or bad? I can figure that out in 5 seconds why do I need a scale to tell me that
Well you never truly know a person's heart and looks aren't always convincing. The "nicest" people can be the most wicked and those who appear to be wicked can actually be innocent. So having the Scale is actually a good tool to measure this.
