These services pull their information - including criminal record information - from publicly available data. If a US state or county shares its data, these background check services have access to it.
Wisconsin shares its data. So does Ohio.
So, here's what we found for Jeff using both services: One conviction for aggravated murder in Ohio. That’s it. Nothing for Wisconsin.

I can’t understand how some people believe that Jeff had 11 bodies (or something like that) in such a tiny appartement at the time of the arrest, and that Jeff could survive months and months only eating “special meat”, drinking alcohol, and stay for hours in a appartement full of toxic chemicals mixed with flesh
Yes, it's such a ridiculous story. Added to that, he had polymyositis, an autoimmune disease that the media hid well.
Those people are stupid. It's an impossible comic book story.

We can ask why all the spectacles we’re seeing around us right now also. Division, distraction, fear, control. The usual. The Roman circus. They’ve been doing this for years.

Along with the numerous other findings, the hard evidence, its more proof that this story was a show.

This really draws a lot of attention. My 2 questions are:
1) was dahmer really in prison? the photos in the morgue really look like photoshop.
2) If he is still alive, how is it possible that no one ever saw him on the street?
Even if he had gone to another country, he would be recognized for his high-profile case.
Was he really in prison? Good question. Perhaps he was never in prison or he was in there for a short period of time only. Was the staged prison murder how they got him out of there?
Would someone have recognized him in a foreign country before the internet? Highly unlikely. Did they have access to recordings of news broadcasts showing a few images of him? They could have gone to the library to look up photos of him in a newspaper, I suppose. What I'm saying is that it would have been virtually impossible for him to be recognized back then, in a foreign country. Plus, if someone THOUGHT they recognized him they would think they were mistaken because ''everyone knows he's dead''.
@@user-en6zl1cm5r Anyway, it's a shame that his father told the truth before he died, he would have nothing to lose. And if it was all a farce, I hope dahmer found happiness somewhere.
But I think the good part of these cases is that people stopped being so trusting in life, risking their lives without thinking about the consequences like simply going to a stranger's house. There is more awareness in my opinion these days.
There was a big discussion on the sub about those alleged morgue pictures too. One was traced back to a magician / card trader guy called Frank Eachus who even claimed it was obtained from the ‘prosecutor at the trial’. If that was true it would be a breach of Wisconsin disposal of evidence law (WI statute 165.81) since the alleged perp is still serving a sentence. So Frank doesn’t know the law:). We also tried AI dating it & it came back 95% positive for 1985-1989 which is interesting. And yes, other pictures thrown about by the tabloids are obviously edited, badly too. In one they forgot to add an ear.
@@BadGirlCriminologia His father wouldn't have told the truth if he knew Jeff was still alive because he wouldn't have wanted to put Jeff's life in danger. Yes, the intel agencies uses fake stories like this so that we'll be less likely to trust our neighbors. They want us divided because we're easier to control.

One was also traced to a magician / card trader called Frank Eachus who claimed it was from the prosecutor at the trial. If that was true then it would be a breach of Wisconsin disposal of evidence law statute 165.71 as the perpetrator is still serving their prison term. Frank does not know the law:)
