I love how everyone goes silent when Chishiya and Kuzuryu talk. This chapter is where the words hit the hardest and symbolizes very well the message of the series: follow your ideals.
I love Ann's scene in the wilderness. She's contemplating her move next then she finds a deer that’s been downed, which is significant given deer don’t give up hope. This works as a symbolic gesture for continuing, as Ann decides not to give up and head back to finish these death games.
Two of my favorite topics fused into one episode, socially thematic commentary and gruesome deaths scenes. Love it.
There's is no debate, Chishiya is hands down, the best character of the whole show.
Given the interconnectedness of this series, I wonder if the murder victim at Ann's crime scene was killed by Banda.
