Great to see the Northern Belle. Very much looking forward to the train journey on the Northern Belle this year. Very luxurious for sure. Trying to find the OO guage carriages for the Northern Belle locomotive which I own.
Just wondering - seriously, not joking or taking the mickey - what's with those little trains like at 9:30? They're not carrying nuclear waste or something that they need to be shipped so carefully are they? Just that I've seen a few of them on swearingkevo's videos of late.
do the companies who run cement wagons or stobart rail are they loads of small run companies all run to the same safety rules, pay roughly the same wage it always seems that the one's run in London always seem to get more money
It’s sad to see so many useful locos just sitting there, rusting away, albeit being in one of Britain’s most famous railway towns, known for its LMS locomotives.
60055 looks different now, overhauled and back in service.
All my favourite diesels on one video, brilliant
Brilliant video mate, love seeing the Freightliner Class 86s and 90s at Basford Hall!
Blimey the grime on those rhtt locos was something else! Never seen the Northern Belle before, so thanks for capturing and sharing. Cheers, Brian

Gray Iain - yes you are correct, they are Nuclear Waste Trains
@@swearingkevo thanks. Good to know.

brilliant video where did u buy your Panasonic x920 from
The Panasonic outlet
4:33 jeez as if the 'egg and cress' Freightliner livery wasn't bad enough, they added 'county council' type, curves to it🤮
Brilliant film footage, but has Crewe changed much since BR days?
excellent
Colas rail freight need to clean their locomotives !
Why on earth can't the current train companies run these massive long trains like they used to do?
very cool
At 9:30 - are those nuclear waste flasks? They look very similar: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Nuclear_waste_flask_train_at_Bristol_Temple_Meads_02.jpg
Yes they are nuclear flasks. Selefield - Crewe
Man that class 66 was pure filth

can anybody tell me what the blue tanker trains do?,it looks like they spray something??,weed killer??,.
robin adair they spray to clear the tracks from leaves and debris during the fall only. I think it's only water spray
thank you for that,.
robin adair they normally spray a substance called sandite
Colas could do with a bit more pride in their locos. cab end clean but the rest is manky as hell
It's only for ID , they will only get filthy again doing this job
When working rail head treatment trains the locomotives get dirty very quickly, only yellow ends and numbers really need to be on display.
@@StevenSmith-nc3ic That's why I've always admired the old EWS livery with the tops number taking priority over all else, very practical design
dirty 56, nice I guess
What are the colas trains pulling?
