Making a dresser from scratch for my kid

This is mostly just a timelapse view of me starting with plywood and ending up with a dresser, though i do talk a bit about my previous experiences with dresser-making.

Filmed with a Canon Vixia HF R800.
Edited in lightworks 2020.1 pro.
Voice over recorded using a Blue Yeti.

You never said the cost of materials on the latest set. Im guess you're some kind of nerdy engineer who makes 100 dollars per hour, so in the end there is no way this dresser is cheaper than a 500 dollar dresser!!
Unless this is how you prefer to apend your free time :)

Latest dressers were made in the mid 20-teens when cabinet plywood was like $40 a sheet. If I recall, I used one 3/4 thick for the main body pieces, one 1/2 thick for the drawer sides/fronts/backs, and one 1/4 thick for the drawer bottoms 👍
