Two scrambled eggs an refried beans is a great breakfast for me and I’m 80 yrs old
Earlier this year, ALDI had 16 oz (453 g) bags of dried black eyed peas on clearance for 59 cents ( £.47). I bought five bags. Once cooked for an hour, I've used those black eyed peas in homemade veggie burgers, in bean loaves, in salads, in burritos, in soups and stews, and as a side dish. I spent less than $3 ( £2.36), and yet those five bags of black eyed peas have kept me fed for months.
Beans do not provoke gases, fat does it!
protein rich food is beans.
Rich people don't care about beans .poor don't get it
Because they help you fart
