  • Transform Your 3D Set: From Ordinary to Futuristic in Blender!
    ---
Welcome back, Blender enthusiasts! In this video, I'm excited to take you on a journey of transforming an existing set from a previous project into a sleek, futuristic environment. I'll walk you through every step of the process, showing you how to maximize the utility of your 3D sets.
We'll start by changing the materials to achieve a more monochromatic and modern aesthetic. Then, I'll show you how to edit the camera angles for dynamic and engaging shots. We'll introduce some cool emissive materials to give the scene a futuristic glow.
Next, we'll change the background to better fit the new theme and completely redo the lighting setup. Unlike the previous video, where I used multiple lights, this time, I'll demonstrate how to create stunning visuals with just one main light, a bounce card, and a kicker light to highlight the product.
Whether you're looking to reuse your 3D sets for different projects or just want to learn new techniques to elevate your Blender skills, this video is for you. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and hit the bell icon for more Blender tutorials and 3D design tips!

The environment setup are great! Do you have a video on how you bring the megascan asset into blender?

Yes I do, you can find it in this video. I plan on making something more in depth of how to set this plugin up. At the moment you have to do some workarounds to have the plugin work in Blender 4.1. Hopefully there will be an update to this plugin since Blender is releasing a new LTS with version 4.2 in these next couple of days.

the rocks looks really clean only using roughness and albedo why not use normal or displacement?

I am using the high-res version of the models that have all the modeling detail in them. I could try to, it didn't really occur to me since I was already using the high-res version. I'll have to give it shot to see what I get.
